四、违约责任
甲方因任何原因中途退出或终止协议，不得要求乙方退回甲方已交费用；
如乙方对甲方有任何欺骗行为，甲方有权要求乙方退还其所交全部费用，并终止本协议；
如甲方不按学校规定付清学费所引起的任何后果，由甲方自负。

The seller shall not sell, transfer any products or materials to any third party except for the buyer products, substandard products, rest products and unused/waste products or materials. 同学们也应当尽量避免请同一类型的人士给你写推荐信。你需要录取评审委员会对你有一个完整而全面的了解，不能只局限于在校的学习成绩或是工作上的表现。
推荐信的内容需格外注意什么
一封好的推荐信不仅需要出自一位在某一方面了解你的人士之手，而且这封信对你的评价必须要有具体的例子来佐证。
许许多多的推荐信都犯着一个雷同而且是致命的错误，那就是几乎每一句话都堆满了赞美的形容词或名词，但却不举一件事例来证明。
这样的推荐信是苍白无力的，它不能增加评审委员会对你的任何了解，甚至会让读者产生疑问：你的教授、你的顶头上司，为什么不能说出你任何一件具体的成就!
与推荐人交谈
