near-sightedness is a serious problem among the youth of our country.the percentage of the number of students who wear glasses rises faster than before .here are some of the reasons that i come up with.as our lives become more and more modern . young people get more new ways to have fun.such as playing computer games and watching tv.both will be bad effect on students'eyes.also,students hve too much pressure in study.it's generally agreed that studying in a good college is the best way even the only way to find a good job and live a happy life.so students study as much as they can.wherever they are whatever they do.they all keep thinking about study.
i have some suggestions for solving this problem.fristly,reduce the time of watching tv and use this time to let our eyes have rest .secondly,eat a balanced diet .that means to eat more fruit and vegetables,especially carrots .that's good for our eyes.
if we can do as the statements above ,we will be healthier.
