十、需方职责：由于智能卡门锁是高科技的精密电子产品，在安装调试期间及交付需方使用以后，需方不得进行带大量粉尘的施工作业，这将会造成电子部分故障并影响锁具的使用寿命，同时，需方在进行粉刷、油漆等项作业时，应对锁具表面进行保护，如有疏忽，将会腐蚀或污染锁具表面。需方在施工期间应加强人员管理，不得将带腐蚀性、胶性的物质及污染物、异物等塞入门锁，这将会对门锁造成破坏，如出现以上情况造成损失，不负责任。
一、 维护：
