脑海中看似有联系的想法，如：按照事件发生的时间顺序在你脑海中进行放映；或者某个事物触碰到你的愤怒点，从而让你产生因果联系。这些现象会让你有种错觉，认为自己在脑子里能够把事情的来龙去脉，甚至是每个细节，每个与之对应的情绪都能看得十分明白。一旦你有机会，将这件触动你的事情，在夜深人静时写下来，你就会发现，笔根本停不下来。
一个人的视野始终是有局限性的，只有当你写下来，在这个抽丝剥茧一字一字的缓慢进程里，你才能看到很多自己思想的局限性，这时候，你还会为这件糟糕的事情而心情不好么？并不会。
因为写字的时候，你会慢慢进入到理性思维，感性思维还在，但理性思维已经可以帮助你找到症结所在，让你不用再为此懊恼。这种客观的看待和分析，会让你平和下来。通常，在那些字的末尾，我们还会给自己做积极的心理建设。你看到的，只是你眼中的世界，并不代表真实。甚至，你分析的，只是用你自己脑子里存储的知识去分析的，也不代表全面。写字的好处，我也只能从我自己的经验和思考出发，给出我的回答。
不要让大脑蒙混过关，写下来，学着做一名侦探，去找到最接近真实的蛛丝马迹。
oh，还是说你想要彻底忘掉？
浮躁是现代人的通病，费时费心力的写下自己的愤怒哀伤，还不如与朋友High歌一场，或是狂吃海喝一番有性价比。选一个娱乐的方式填满自己的时间，然后进行选择性遗忘。也许那些糟糕的事情可以静静待在你的内心深处。但要提醒的是，它们其实伺机而动，寻求着重见天日的机会。
从心理学的角度上来说，屏蔽掉那些糟糕的事情，也会让你在心里建立起一堵墙。无奈的是，这堵墙会同时将糟糕的和开心的事情阻隔在你的.心门之外。这种心理防御机制的后果便是，你将变得无比麻木，对于开心的不开心的事情你都没什么感觉，生活也没了激情，甚至变得爱无能。
建议看看这个TED视频（脆弱的力量），帮助你接受那些不愉悦，然后尝试着写点儿字。
二，了解自己
生活平淡，开心或者无事，写下来就是流水账而已，浪费时间。
浪费时间？这个，取决于你怎么定义它
我们最常做的一件事：在电脑上看着电影同时吃着零食并且玩着手机，美名曰，效率。
而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？
记流水账也有好处啊。初中时我的日记都是以“今天我……”开头，然后就是一些流水账。慢慢地你会在一些小事情上也能发表一些看法了。譬如你今天在菜里吃到一条虫，你大可以进行谩骂，然后在这个场景里你或许会看到旁边的好友，他的反应是怎样的？你对他的反应有什么看法么？他今天和你一起做了什么有趣的事情？然后再展开下一个场景。
仅仅因为联想，你的大脑就比你想象的要八婆得多，你怎么会觉得自己的大脑空无一物，无事可写呢？
大脑的思绪纷繁杂乱，一天的起心动念有无数次，记流水账可以帮助你捕捉到更多内心的想法，觉察到更多生活中的细微真实之处，也会让你对自己更加了解。要客观的认识自己一件非常困难的事情，没有勇气剖析自己，面对自己的缺点和错误，就无法保持一个清醒的头脑对你手头的事情做出合理的决断和处理。
三，知行合一
你觉得自己浮躁吗？
当你无法做一件枯燥但又重要的事情时，不妨试试每天坚持写下日记随笔。
写日记能让你在一个时间段内沉下心来。只要你有欲望，你就想得到，想得到结果，你就得经历过程，要经历过程，你就要对欲做之事有一个清晰的认识。
你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。
在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。
知行合一从古至今都很困难。日记随笔是个有利的载体，你写的字促进你“行”，你的“行”能矫正你的“知”，把你的“知”逐渐写下来，让“知”与“行”在一条道上重合，然后就能唤出阿拉丁神灯，达成所愿之事。
