首先，在英语教学方面。按照实习之初的计划，实习的前两周我们的主要任务是听课和评课。从实习的生，不仅是在学习上，还包括思想文化品质方 面。
最后，在教学研究方面。通过这两个月的实习，我还留心地观察了本班学生学习英语的情况，并通过问卷调查和与学生交流的方式收集到了一些数据和信 息。我打算从学生的英语学习自主性方面来探讨当今中学教育中的一大难题---英语教学。很多人往往从教师或教材的角度去分析影响学生英语学习的因素，但是却忽略了另一个学习中的主体---学生。之所以打算从这个角度去做教学调查，是因为自己所在的实习班级的特殊情况：八年级四班是惠港中学八年级学生中英语水平参差不齐的一个班级，而且其原任英语老师也是一位有着多年英语教龄、经验丰 富的教师。但是，是什么原因造成的呢?于是我打算从学生的学习自主性分析。经调查发现，大多数英语成绩好的同学，他们在平日的学习中都采用了自主的学习方法，而极少部分成绩较差的同 学也是因为学习过于被动的缘故。如何在英语教学中开发学生的学习自主性成了 一个刻不容缓的问题。
所以，实习期间我就如何调动学生主动性、积极性这一问题展开了调查，调查对象是我实习的惠港中学八年级的全体同学，调查以问卷形式进行，共收回有效答卷250份。调查的题目共六个:（1）对英语课的兴趣;（2）英语课上的主动性积极性的重要性;（3）英语教学的交际特点;（4）师生关系对英语教学的影响;
（5）在课堂教学中师生的角色与作用;（6）你心目中的英语教师。统计分析如下：

从上表可以看出，喜欢上英语课的和不喜欢的比例基本持平，中间部分比例很小，呈两极分化态势。说明学生对待英语课的态度观点鲜明，它直接影响到课堂教学效果。学生们喜欢英语课的原因主要有：认为英语课很重要，是新世纪的需要；当前就业的通行证；喜欢接触新事物。不喜欢英语课的原因，按教师和学生自身因素从两方面分析：（一）老师因素：现今教学传授知识的手段是“灌”。并没有带动学生去感受英语，教会其学习方法。教学步骤公式化，课堂上讲得多，让学生参与的少，致使学生被动接受，思维不活跃。（二）学生自身因素：本身英语基础不好。学得越多，越听不懂、记不住，丧失信心，从而对老师及其所教内容产生恐惧厌烦心理。
由此可见，兴趣是学习一切知识的初始原动力。在兴趣带动下，可以有克服一切困难的勇气；如果丧失了兴趣，不仅会成为学习的阻力，还会造成心理压力，影响今后发展。所以，培养学生对英语学习的兴趣是搞好课堂教学的关键和调动其积极主动性的基本条件。
二、学生对课堂上老师调动其主动性、积极牲重要性的认识
从调查结果显示，百分之九十以上的学生能够认识到课堂上主动性积极性的调动与发挥是极其重要的。因为学习是自已的事，无论教师讲得多么好，不调动学生学习的积极性，是无论如何也学不好的。学生是学习的主人，只有充分发挥学生的主观能动作用，学生才会乐意攻读，积极思维，主动进取。有位学生说得好：“好学之，不如乐学之。“正是如此，课堂气氛直接影响教师的教学热情与同学的学习兴趣。
调查中，学生提出了许多有益的实际操作性的意见。整理如下：老师应以教材为中心，适当穿插课外知识和口语练习，例如介绍外国风情知识、典故。这适
应了中学生好奇求新心理。在训练口语和听力时，可以用简单单词串起来讲一些小故事、小幽默，组织学生自己用英语表演小品、小话剧，为学生培养发散思维能力提供机会。在趣味和娱乐中学习，才能使学生尽快接受所学知识，达到最佳教学效果。另外，针对程度稍差和心理上胆怯、内向、怕羞的学生，应说服学生克服胆怯心理，找回自信。多辅导帮助、委婉纠正其错误，先鼓励回答较简单的问题，建立起自信心，再逐渐提高问题难度，从而敢于主动发言，参与活动。还有，教师课堂用语应简短，指示明确，语言风趣，表情生动，这样可以减轻学生心理压力，以免造成紧张气氛。还要注意发掘表现积极、外向的学生，使其有发挥机会，从而带动全班同学，形成主动、积极的气氛。
由此可见，学生和教师同样热心于课堂教学的改革。
三、学生如何看待交际能力这一英语教学主要用途
调查问卷的统计结果表明，百分之八十以上的学生认为培养英语交际能力是学习的最主要目的。因为语言是交际的工具，学习语言是为了互相沟通、了解，就是为了交际。针对这一点，学生们希望老师在授课时多讲些实用的东西，包括见面、生活、家庭、师生间的日常用语，多搞些这方面的仿真练习，既拓宽了学生知识面，又提高了参与意识。按需供应，也是教师课堂教学应致力的方向。这样才能调动受教育者的积极性主动性，达到最佳教学效果。
四、学生对师生关系影响教学的意见
这一调查数宇是出乎意料又是合乎情理的。几乎百分之百的学生非常看重师生关系，认为它的好坏对教学效果有直接影响。这一结果与平时看似冷淡的师生共处场面截然相反。由此可见教与学并不只在课堂短短的四十分钟和不大的教室内发生作用，它远远超出了这一范围，涉及课下的方方面面诸多因素，教师的人格魅力也起着举足轻重的作用。
问卷显示，不少同学认为“喜欢老师就会喜欢他/她的课”。“教”者为师，“学“者为生，在教学中必然形成师生关系（一位学生如是说）。师生关系好了，距离拉近了，学生上课自然会尊重老师的言行，就会为课堂学习提供一个快乐的积极主动的氛围。和谐的师生关系使师生双方都能以最佳的精神状态投入教与学的过程中。
学生们为搞好师生关系提了不少有效的建议。摘录如下：以诚相待，对学生象朋友，不摆架子，有时开开玩笑，给学生们以亲切感；利用课间、空余时间深入学生之间，与其多交流、多沟通，主动接触，增进了解，听取教学意见、建议，及时改进教学方法；清楚每位学生的学习程度、层次，因材施教。而且不仅要在学习方面，还要在生活、处事诸方面给以指导、帮助，即记熟每个学生的姓名；提问时面带微笑，设身处地理解体验学生学习英语的喜、怒、哀、乐，或找回做学生时的感觉。
在现实生活中，师生之间似乎除了教学外，交流机会很少，大多数班级并未建立良好的师生关系。但其实双方都渴望得到对方的理解与支持，只有沟通，才能交流，然后才能相互配合，上好每一堂课。
五、教学中，老师与学生的角色及所起的作用
现在虽然提倡实施素质教育，要以学生为教学的中心，但在实际操作中，还是似老师为主要角色。此次调查表明，还有不少学生认为应以老师为中心，因为是老师在“教”，学生应跟着老师走，而意识不到教的目的是为了“学“，而“学”是学生在学。这说明教育体制中这一改革还未收到预期效果。但是也应看到，大多数学生知道学习是自己的事儿，应该以学生为主体，即英语课堂的语言活动应以
学生为中心，老师为主导，是“助手”或“导演“。“助手”要以“主人”的要求制定计划，安排活动。否侧即使老师表演得再精彩，学生也会听得乏味。老师应起好引导作用，调动“演员^v^的热情，发挥出自身潜能。另外，根据师范学校的特点，学生将来必定要充当老师的角色，所以培养锻炼他们的能力，给予施展空间，对今后教书育人是必须的。所以老师也应在课堂上尽力转变学生的观点，使他们认识到自己是学习的主人，主动参与学习，而不是被动地受教，这样才能提高他们的学习主动性与积极性。

一收获：

在实习的那段时间，让我体会到了生活的艰辛和社会环境的压力。我自己也开始明白社会的残忍适者生存，不适者则被淘汰。虽然很累可是我却仍要坚持下去，因为我不想做个生活的失败者，我不想永远都躲在舒适的环境里却从不知道人间的冷暖。宝剑只有被磨砺过才会更加锋利。而我只有在社会中磨练才会更加坚强，更加成熟。走出学校踏上社会一开始让我觉得恐慌，面对形形色色的人我觉得无所适从。但是时间让我开始平静下来，而我也开始慢慢的适应了这种环境，让我开始觉得其实学校外的生活也是蛮有味道的。
六、实习总结
此次毕业实习，我学会了运用所学知识解决处理简单问题的方法与技巧，学会了与员工同事相处沟通的有效方法途径。积累了处理有关人际关系问题的经验方法。同时我体验到了社会工作的艰苦性，通过实习，让我在社会中磨练了下自己，也锻炼了下意志力，训练了自己的动手操作能力，提升了自己的实践技能。积累了社会工作的简单经验，为以后工作也打下了一点基础。
结束了本次的实习让我总有些舍不得，虽然说只是短短的六个月却让我受益匪浅。实习生活极大的开阔了我视野，让我学到了很多学校以外的知识，让我懂得了作为一个办公室文员的不易。我相信此次的实习将会是我人生一个重要的转折点。而我会在以后的生活中更加努力的提升我自己。

工作收获及体会
（一）、在实践中学习，努力适应工作。这是我毕业之后的第一份工作，作为一个新人，刚加入公司时，我对公司的运作模式和工作流程都很生疏，多亏了领导和同事的耐心指导和帮助，让我在较短的时间内熟悉了前台的工作内容还有公司各个部门的职能所在。也让我很快完成了从学生到职员的转变。
都说前台是公司对外形象的窗口，短短的三个月也让我对这句话有了新的认识和体会。接待公司来访的客人要以礼相迎，接听和转接电话要态度和蔼，处理办公楼的日常事务要认真仔细，对待同事要虚心真诚点点滴滴都让我在工作中学习，在学习中进步，受益匪浅。
（二）、学习公司企业文化，提升自我。加入到神州长城这个大集体，才真正体会了勤奋，专业，自信，活力，创新这十个字的内涵，我从领导和同事的敬业中感受到了这种文化，在这样好的工作氛围中，我也会以这十个字为准则来要求自己，以积极乐观的工作态度投入到工作中，踏踏实实地做好本职工作，及时发现工作中的不足，及时地和部门沟通，认真听取领导及同事的意见，争取把工作做好，做一个合格，称职的员工。这也一直是今后工作努力的目标和方向。
（三）、拓展自己的知识面，不断完善自己。三个月的工作也让我产生了危机意识，工作中会接到一些资料和客户打来比较专业的咨询电话，所以单靠我现在掌握的知识和对公司的了解是不够的，我想以后的工作中也要不断给自己充电，拓宽自己的知识，减少工作中的空白和失误。初入职场，难免出现一些小差小错需领导指正；但前事之鉴，后事之师，这些经历也让我不断成熟，在处理各种问题时考虑得更全面，杜绝类似失误的发生。
实习的任务是通过毕业实习，验证、巩固和充实所学的理论知识，加深对相关内容的理解，掌握基础课、技术基础课及有关专业课之间的相互联系，并综合应用。加深了解社会对本专业的需求。
实践是检验真理的唯一标准。在课堂上，我们学习了很多理论知识，但是如果我们在实际当中不能灵活运用，那就等于没有学。实习就是将我们在课堂上学习的理论知识运用到实战中。我们怎么样才能把课堂上的知识灵活恰当的'运用到生活、工作当中去，成为对别人有用的人才？我们怎么才能适应当今飞速发展的社会，怎么才能确定自己的人生坐标，实现自己的人生价值呢？抱着这种理想我走进了万通设备有线公司。这是我第一次与社会接轨踏上工作岗位，开始与以往完全不一样的生活。每天规定的时间上下班。
为期一年的实习不知不觉中就过去了，对于在实习过程中发现的自身的不足，在今后的学习中我一定会有所侧重。对于在公司中学到的管理知识，我会有借鉴性的运用到自己的生活和学习中，朝着自己明确的目标不断努力。我相信这次实习对我的帮助很大。
这段时间的工作让我学到了很多，感悟了很多，我很感谢公司领导及同事对我的关心和帮助，看到公司的迅速发展，我深感骄傲，在今后的工作中，我会努力提高自我修养和内涵，弥补工作中的不足，在新的学习中不断的总结经验，用谦虚的态度和饱满的热情做好我的本职工作，发挥自己的潜力为公司的建设与发展贡献自己的力量！
