那天刚登完玉龙雪山，壮丽的景观让我震撼不已，但精神上的满足有时也要向口腹之需屈服。伴着辘辘饥肠，我走进一家门面不大却顾客不少的米线店。刚一落座，迎面走来一位厨师装束的人，带来了诸多食材。他在我面前放下了一只大海碗，碗底卧着各色食材，未及我反应过来，他右手奋力一舀，热气腾腾的清汤便入碗中。他手臂轻旋，一股雾气氤氲出来，所有食材像是被赋予了灵性，原本半透明的粉丝一下子遁入汤中，难以辨别；菜叶亮出了新绿，似乎是刚被采下；宣威火腿则染上如玉般温润的光泽，如同玉兰花层层花瓣被剥成一片一片。雾气消散后，又是半勺麻汁，一切都消失无影，但我还努力翕动鼻翼，感受混杂的郁香直涌心扉的畅然。最后那人手腕一甩，几点艳红在汤面上渲染开来，一碗米线已然完工。其实那位厨师动作如行云流水，时间才不过十分钟，但我心中已按捺不住激动，立马开始大快朵颐。
先在碗边鲸吞了一口汤，只觉一股暖流顺喉而下，充斥在四肢百骸之间，激荡着全身毛孔舒张，口中的酥麻感久久不褪，恍然间又重回玉龙雪山之巅，俯瞰万方，胸中有“手握日月摘星辰，世间无我这般人”的意气风发。又伸筷捞起几簇粉条，用齿尖下咬，略一下陷便即崩断，外层的热辣被其内的一阵清凉之意抚平，心中却一片清明，宛若置身苍山洱海之畔，静身舒心。又捞起一片宣威火腿，筋道而富有质感，其中意韵，已无法评说。
一碗下肚，舌尖上的体验久久不能忘怀，仿佛这不是一碗米线，而是一个云南。古人云：一方水土养一方人。看到美食中的意韵亦然。一个地域有其独特的文化底蕴，才能孕育出非同凡响的美食，得到舌尖的独特体验。舌尖上的旅行，是对美食的一种品味，也是对地域文化的一种感悟。

第一次真正面对学生讲课，有时普通话表达不太清楚，问题的提法不够明确，以致出现误解。我课后深有感慨地想：为了今后不致于误人子弟，我还必须不断努力掌握好扎实的基本功，非下一番苦功夫不可。

good morning, ladies and gentlemen. i’d like to share my teaching dream with you. but before that, i want to say something about the beginning of this dream. in march this year, three teachers from australia came to our school. during the meeting, we exchanged a lot about education. i found that though we have almost the same teaching philosophy, we have different routines. what impressed me most was that their schools end at 3:00 in the afternoon and have no night classes. i can’t tell which kind of routine is better, but the sharp contrast made me think about a better education. the following is a dreamy school in my mind, in which there is no pressure but pleasure.
in this school, the buildings are well designed, close to nature. in the morning, children can read while enjoying the beautiful sunrise. in the evening, they can exercise by the lake reflecting the amazing sunset. in the spring, they can go to the wild, lie on the lawn, and watch the kite flying in the blue sky. in the summer, they can go to the forest, live in a cabin, and listen to the rhythm of the rain. …
students are free but polite and they respect each other. they can leave at 4:00 every afternoon, or perhaps earlier. they have the freedom to organize time. they can go to the library, go to the lab, the computer rooms or the playground. they’re self-motivated and have a strong thirst for knowledge. and there are no frequent exams and rankings. students won’t be forced to wear uniforms everyday, and there is no required hair style. everyday is so colorful that they are looking forward to the next day when going to bed at night,

而我的学习可分为几个阶段，小时候我家在农村，与我同年龄的朋友都去了学校上学，而我却不敢进学校的门，怕老师，直到有一天，我母亲抓住我的手把我硬拽进了学校，而正遇到了一位下乡知青老师，宋老师，她好言好语的开导我说，看你的朋友们都来学校了，你也到学校来玩啦，很热闹的，说着话还给了我几块糖。从那以后我也就每天跟同学一起背着书包上学，那时学校学习很轻松，也就是认认字唱唱歌，也没什么作业，直到五年级的时候，我家搬到县里来后，作业才开始多起来。
到了高中我跟其他同学一样，学习非常紧张，只为了高考能考出好成绩来，然后能进入高校学习为将来能有一份工作。在高中我最佩服我的班主任宋老师，他是教数学的，总是讲起课来简简单单，学习起来很轻松，听完了他的课我总是在回味着，并总是换个角色把自己想象成老师，并仿照他的样子来想象我自已上课的会怎么样。也正因为受了班主任的影响，所以高考志愿一栏我填了师范类的数学专业吧。
终于有幸到师专继续学习了，在大学学习中，就没有高中时候那样紧张了，富余时间一多，我们就会各自按各人的特长或爱好去发展自己，而我几乎是一无所长，于是我就爱钻图书馆，总爱看一些考试外的书，象什么计算机语言，程序设计，也常爱看一些科幻小说之类的书。
人生就是一个不断学习的过程，正所谓，活到老学到老吧，我们总是在生活之余学习着，一来打发空闲的时间，二来也可以增加自己的阅历。

谈谈美食

说出来不怕人笑话，小时候，常常盼望生病，因为生病了就会吃到奶奶给开的小灶——饼卷鸡蛋，对现在来说特别平常的东西，在那个年代却是稀世珍品，由于生病懒得吃饭，奶奶就会在我下课时把做好的美味给我送到学校，引来同学们的阵阵羡慕，既吃到了向往已久的美食，小小的心脏还会因此而虚荣一下。
随着改革开放，责任田包产到户，日子渐渐好起来，许多小时候那么渴望的美食，也变得渐渐平常起来。
对于做饭菜，我一向没什么研究，从小到大，都是奶奶在做。参加工作后，公司有食堂，也不用操心做饭的事。婚后，多亏老公自理能力较强，开始一点点跟着他学做饭菜，然而，总感觉我做的饭菜没他做的好吃。比较起来，最让人回味的还是老公做的夜宵。深夜看电视到兴奋处，睡意全无，饿的感觉就会袭来，有时也不是饿，就是想吃东西，老公就会亲自下厨，把做好的饭菜端到卧室，围在被窝里，吃着可口的夜宵，偶尔和老公小酌两盅，满满的幸福就会溢满心头，对我来说，那是人世间的美味！
