比方话题Inquiry for School Bag 是客人发给你的,那么你回邮件 Re: (是回复邮件自动生成的格式)后面可以加Re: School Bag Offer-20_0314 书包报价,这样就有一个互动形式了,客人询价,你回复报价。
紧接着:客人回复:Re: Re: (第二遍回复了,故两个Re:) School Bag Offer-20_0314,他要确认订单了,让你开合同。
那么你可以回复,去掉一个Re. 省得邮件主题等会Reeeee个不停,Re: Sale Note for School Bag +合同号,以此类推,等到比如货做好了,那么改为Re: Goods are ready for shipment.
这样当客人看到主题,都可以捕捉到邮件的梗概,有些大忙人客户时间很有限,忙的和陀螺一样,这样是在帮他们提高工作效率。他也会觉得你很用心,一直在更新进展。
