There is no doubt that the housing reform has led to the growth in the rate of private home ownership and a building boom, and has improved the living conditions of urban residents as well.

So this problem needs to be treated not only at a local level but at a global level too.
Of course, we should do what we can at home; but unless every country in the world joins forces to combat environmental pollution, no lasting solution can be found.

1、高分还是低分的主要因素，不是是否使用了模板，而是语言质量是否高级，是否出现特别低级的语言错误。
使用模板的人，有相当一部分是想借助模板来掩盖自己的写作错误。
如果掩盖好了，不出现问题，那自然没事;但如果掩盖不好，还是暴露了一些不该有的错误，甚至模板默写都能出错的话，那就是考生自己的问题。
考研阅卷人的阅卷量是非常大，而且阅卷时间非常短暂，在这么有限的时间里，不可能对你的内容逐字逐句分析，所以想要得高分更多的还是要靠你的语言水平，也就是单词和句型的质量。
2、 无论模板与否，阅卷人没有任何理由跟一篇完全写对了的文章过不去。
与其花时间纠结于用不用模板，不如考虑下自己写作的部分是否存在问题。说的通俗点，阅卷人不会跟一篇单词语法基本正确，没有重大错误，并且内容切题的文章过不去。
而且以上也符合考研写作大纲的要求，那又何必再去找其他根本没有提到的问题?
3、“模板痕迹”这个说法是典型的伪命题，不存在所谓的“模板痕迹”。
所谓“模板痕迹”的说法在阅卷中是不存在的，真实情况是：一些考生在使用模板的过程中，模板以外的部分出现了局部“致命”的错误，才导致了真实水平被阅卷人判断出来，从而分数特别低。
主要问题有三个方面：一，模板背诵、默写错误;二、自己填写部分的语法错误;三、模板内容选择跟文章不对应。
所以，究其原因并不是模板本身的问题，而是自己填入的词出现了问题。
4、 写作想脱离模板是60分以上考生的一个理想要求，即使到了这个水平，脱离也存在一定风险。
一部分基础相对较好的考生会问：如果我的写作完全不用模板，是不是就不会出现这样的问题了?其实并非如此。
很多人的作文水平还是非常有限的，倘若完全不使用模板，靠自己的语言去写一篇文章，对语言能力的要求还是极高的，稍有不慎，就会满盘皆输。
另外，一个人的文章写得再好，再多的内容是自己写的，文章也或多或少会存在通用的部分。所以，完全脱离模板是不可能的。
当然，适度使用模板是利大于弊的。因为当多数内容有了模板的铺垫，这时只要将精力集中在模板里自己填入的部分，从而大大降低错误率。
5、 写作的高分标准，一是错误率低，二是闪光点多，也就是单词和句式水平高，内容居其次。
写作如何拿高分?阅卷人比较倾向于什么内容?这是我们大多数人比较关注的问题。考虑到考生水平和阅卷时间，考研作文的方向标准大体上：错误率低，决定文章的分数下限;高水准句型，决定文章的分数上限。
所以在不跑题、论述合理的前提下，内容与文章的亮点就退居到了次要的位置。
6、考生真正要重视自己基本功的训练，而不是单纯纠结于用模板与否。
想要在模板和自己填入的内容间做出平衡，其实需要考生在平时多注重基本功的训练。但短期内把自己写作水平大幅度提高显然是不大可能的，而用一个模板去减轻写作压力，也是一个性价比较高的手段。
但是，为了避免模板以外的内容出错，还是建议考生在平时写作过程中尽可能将填入的部分多标记一下词性和结构，多总结下里面填入的内容，尽可能减少让阅卷人反感的错误。
7、适当重视试卷的外界因素，例如卷面和字数等。
这段时间，应该也要侧重重视一下英语能力之余的因素，比如说：卷面和字数。
阅卷老师是没有时间去数你的字数的。但是，字数多少不是一眼就能够看出来的么?
所以，为什么建议这段时间复习的时候，在答题卡上面进行练习，其实，就是让大家找到熟悉的答卷的感觉，也了解大约需要写多少。
小作文，130字左右，就比较划算。耗时不多，而且字数看上去很美。
关于字迹的问题。现如今，练字已经来不及了。想要追求好看是不大可能的。但是，强调，划重点，字迹整齐，是一定要做到的，而且也是一定能够做到的。卷面上少一点点涂抹，即便写错了，也请轻轻地画两条平行的删除横线，没有必要涂抹成一团黑。
