二、怎样写好留言条
一份完整的留言条，一般包括标题、正文两个大部分。标题多用“留言条”三个字标出。有时也可以不加标题，光要正文。正文由称呼、留言内容、署名日期等组成。称呼，要和平时称呼一样。留言内容要写得清楚，具体;字迹不要潦草〔署名在正文的右下方，为保密也可只写一个字，但必须让对方知道留言者是谁。日期，有三种写法：一是写年月日时分;二是只写“即日”二字;三是写“即日下午五时”。
