大家好，我是，是信息学院学生会体育部的一名干事。非常荣幸今天能站在这里，代表体育部的全体干事来发表演讲。
秋冬春夏，不知不觉，已经到了第二学期的期末，大学的第一个学年马上就要结束了，同时也就意味着我们这群大一干事马上就要完成自己的使命，不如大二新的学年了。
回想这大一在体育部的一学年里，脑海中总是会有很多很多美好的画面一一浮现，所以会不自觉的发出几声感叹。用许三多的话说就是，我们做了很多很多有意义的事情。通过组织或参加各种活动，我们的大一生活过得很充实，没有过多的虚度。
刚入学学生会纳新时，大家都是基于自己对体育运动的热爱从而兴致勃勃的饱含满腔热情的参加体育部的初试和复试，我也不例外，怎么说自己也算是半个体育生，又非常喜欢篮球，所以只有体育部最适合我，是我们展示自我最好的舞台。
去年x月份的时候，经过周密的计划和认真的筹办，在部长的带领下我们组织了自己的第一个活动，也是我比较期待的——新生篮球赛。早晨六点就去六教借桌子和椅子，去南院操场占场地为比赛做准备，还有计分、吹裁判，这些都是我们乐此不彼的工作。不到一个月的时间，我们就圆满的完成自己在体育部的第一个任务。最终，篮球赛的冠军不幸被我们班收入囊中，其中也是有我的一份努力在里面。
十一月份，为了向校趣味运动会选拔人才，我们组织了自己学院的趣味运动会，比赛项目与赛制基本上都是与校运动会一致的。但是这次有了新的挑战，部长因为有事不过来，所以这次活动完全是我们十个干事自己组织的，再有就是时间比较紧迫，一天之内需要完成十几个比赛项目，晚上就要往部长那儿交推荐人名单。
幸好，老天不负有心人，经过事前我们几个小干事多次的商量与策划，这次趣味运动会举办的非常成功，时间拿捏的非常到位，达到了预期选拔人才的效果。活动结束后，我们几个高兴的在院旗下合影，不知道有多少自豪感外溢与心中，小熊还一直嘟囔着“这次一定要让斌哥请客吃饭”。
十二月份的时候，学校每年都会有“一二九 长跑运动”，要求各个学院都要组织学生参加，今年也不例外。犹记得当天天气非常冷，但是大家还是积极的参与，大早晨的坐车去了北辰。因为这次是以运动员的身份过去的，所以并没有更多的参与组织，只是被服务了。因为长跑是接力形式的，所以通过活动意识到只有整体实力强、团结起来，才能把握胜局。
相比较第一学期，第二学期活动少了很多，四月份的校级运动会则是重中之重，今年正好是两年一届的大运动会，所以学院从上到下都比较重视，筹办的时间也比较长，从开始的运动员选拔，到中间的训练，再到最后的比赛，历时将近一个月之久。选拔、训练，我们都是分工合作，每一组搭档都有自己负责的项目和运动员，大家都是尽职尽责的认认真真的去完成任务。
回想一个半月之前，每天晚上我还都还会带着自己负责的运动员，一起去操场训练。作准备活动，慢跑、压腿、踢腿、高抬腿、小步跑、后蹬跑、加速跑等等一系列。之后开始自己的专项训练，跑变速、测成绩，虽然大家都在喊累，但是我还是不断的鼓励他们，坚持到底。大家也都坚持着每天晚上训练，有说有笑，又大又闹的，确实是累并快乐着。比赛当天，当然是最忙活的，大早晨起来，占场地、搭帐篷、搬桌子、拉条幅，为运动员服务，各种忙活。
而我这次，为了响应学院的号召，大力支持体育部工作，所以扮演了运动员的角色，积极准备，认真训练。最终，在校运动会上取得了男子1500米第三名、男子800米第三名的成绩，为体育部、为学生会、为学院赢得了荣誉。通过大家辛苦的努力，咱们学院也取得了历史性的突破，取得了优异的成绩，这无疑是归功于全体运动员和服务人员的共同努力，相信这会成为大家大学生活中一段美好的回忆。
在体育部的这一学年里，也熟识了部里的每一位成员，从开始的相识，到后来的相知相熟。经过这么多活动的洗礼，我们在一起都成长成熟了很多，并且成为了很好的伙伴，十个人，我们情同手足，齐心协力，相依相伴，共同度过了大一很有意义的学年。正如同，去年元旦联欢会的时候，我们一起唱的那首歌一样：“每个人都拥有一个梦 即使彼此不相同 能够与你分享 无论失败成功 都会感动 爱，因为在心中”。

作为宣传委，为了协助霸州一中报社搞好校报，同时也为了展示一中文化风采，我认真工作，积极组织班内撰写文章，并发挥我班特长，丰富校报内容，提供插图。
为了提高校报投稿的思想性，我主要采取了两项措施，一是围绕某一校报主题，推出综合性、全方位、深层次的征稿，提倡讲事实，述背景，有分析的文章，强化宣传效果，发挥舆-论导向作用。提高校报思想性的另一项措施是加强言论，针对校内一些倾向性问题，及时发表文章或作品进行讨论。
为了提高校报稿件的可读性，我大力提倡“短、实、深、活”的文风，短就是多投短小精悍的文章，突出文章的中心。实，就是要求文章事实准确，内容实在，尽量减少文章“水分”，不空发议论，使每篇文章在报纸上都“物有所值”;深，就是力求内容要深入，文章主题有深度，让读者感到“解渴”;活，就是追求文章内容新鲜，文章生动，流畅，活泼，融思想性、文学性、知识性于一体。
另外，做好宣传工作首先要让同学们了解投稿的意义，让同学们有一种竞争意识，提高稿件的质量以及数量。把每次校报的主题与同学们的兴趣爱好——美术联系起来。让同学们想投稿，愿意投稿，从而展示自己的才华。希望各宣传委采取适当的方法，调动学生们的积极性，踊跃投稿。

我性格开朗，喜欢唱歌，在去年联欢会上就曾一展歌喉。平常我还喜欢模仿表演小品和一些电视节目，比如《中国好声音》，妈妈总是夸奖我有表演天赋，所以我相信自己也一定能做好主持人!
