针对困惑一,我的回答是:英语要学好和智商无关,学不好英语的人都是揽惰的人.遗忘是很正嫦的事,记忆本来正是一个返复强化的过程.之前我做过一个比喻:再笨的孩子也认识他妈.源因很简单,天天见嘛.正所谓勤能补拙,十遍记不住就记二十遍,二十遍记不住就记一百遍.功夫下到了,一切都不是难事.
针对困惑二,我的回答是:如果你有能力辅导自己的孩子当然更好,但是学习毕竟还是要靠孩子自己的.相比辅导,孩子更需要的是关心.作为家长,您不妨翻一翻孩子的英语书,看看孩子的书上有没有多了,如果有不要忘记表扬一番;如果没有别忘了提醒孩子更加积极努厉.这些细微的小事情,家长重视了,孩子自然就重视了.
说到英语的学习,不外乎正是四个字:听,说,读,写.下面我分头来说一说.

I think of farmers talking on their mobile phones, discussing the weather patterns, the cost of food, community news and events. They even talk about Steve Jobs. The train to Lhasa, itself a wonderful engineering feat, brings modern medicine and education to these remote areas. The communities are now interlinked and connected, one of the most basic human needs.
Human beings have a need to be connected, to be safe to be cared for in times of trouble and hardship.
The development of technology must be guided by these needs. If this is not so, then the development of technology is in the hands of mean and, greedy people. The focus of technological development would be wars and weapons, fraud the misuse of information, and the exploitation of people, such as cheap labor.
It can only be humanism which provides the guidance we all need for a better world.

In this picture, this is James, and this is me and we are looking at a dragon’s tooth. This is a true story. James lived in Qingdao. Then he was only 5 years old.
He often visited the Aquarium and was fascinated by a creature on display there, which he thought was a dragon. He was afraid of its sharp teeth and wanted one to keep as a treasure. In the late 1930s, when the Japanese occupied Qingdao, his family had to leave. On his last day in Qingdao, he ran to the Aquarium and pulled out one of the teeth from the dragon’s mouth.
He kept the tooth for the next 65 years, but the feeling of guilt at having stolen it was there in the background all through his life. It was always on his conscience, and the feeling intensified as he became older. Finally he decided to put right his childish error. In 20_, he visited Qingdao and returned it to the Aquarium with his sincere apologies. He received a warm welcome.
When James visited Qingdao, I accompanied him all the time and reported on his visit. I was deeply touched by his honesty. It has taught me a lot. I think to err is human. The important thing is to have the courage to admit and correct one’s error. Honesty is a vital quality of human behaviour. So we should try to keep an honest mind in everything we say and do. 家长们：晚上好！屈指算来，今年已是第五次跟各位家长朋友相聚在这里了，很多是老脸孔，老朋友，呵呵。其它的我不详细介绍了，下面转入我们家长会的重要议题。一、期中考试情况汇报前半学期以来，总体情况我们还是比较满意的，目前我们班级学习风气浓厚，比学赶帮在我们班蔚然成风，这次期中考成绩总评位居年级前列，其中个别科目名列全级第一。大家都知道水涨船高的道理，健康向上的优秀集体永远是个人成长的力量源泉。大多数同学，表现的很团结、勤奋、守纪律、好学。本次考试本次考试是对学生前半学期以来学习情况的检测，其中涌现出了一部分成绩优异的同学，例如（名单略）。较上次进步较快者有等同学。通过认真努力考一中还有希望的学生有等人（名单略）。但考试也反映了一些问题，其中最突出的问题就是个别同学胸无大志、厌学、人在教室心在外，上课睡觉、讲话，不交作业，不听教师的教导，现在存在比较多的问题是：（1）多数同学有了竞争意识，你追我赶，但个别同学自信心严重不足，仍无动于衷，不思进取，没从根本上认识到学习的重要性。（2）学习上有的同学学习不主动，盲目，靠老师管，不积极回答问题，不懂不问，不按时完成作业，成绩较差等。（3）少数同学虽守纪律，但由于学习不刻苦、基础差或没有掌握好的学习方法，导致成绩较差。（4）书写潦草，屡教不改，这大家从手中的试卷就可以看得出。（5）个别同学的责任心有所下降，进取心也不如过去。对于老师布置的工作不认真对待，例如在宿舍、教师值日敷衍了事，或根本不做。（6）对待老师的批评教育显得不耐烦，甚至有一两个学生在公开场合顶撞老师。对于以上问题，希望引起各家长重视，并给以大力支持。希望家长配合教育。
二、班级管理经验介绍九年级是毕业班，毕业班工作的重要性想必各位家长都十分清楚。九年级这一学年，是十分关键的一学年，也是十分紧张的一学年。既是对初中阶段的一个总结，又是为高中学习打下坚实基础。所以，
学校、教师、学生和家长，都十分关注毕业班的教育教学质量。特别是我们在座的各位家长，都希望你家的孩子能进入一个理想的满意的高一级学校学习。我校历来就十分重视毕业班教育教学工作。学校在教师配备上，安排了具有丰富毕业班教学、管理经验的骨干教师承担初中毕业班教学工作。我们每天早晨6点多钟老师就来班里辅导，晚上将近10点钟我们的老师还在辅导、还在检查晚就寝。在学校各方面条件比较艰苦的情况下，我们全体教师勇于奉献，奋力拼搏，上一年初中毕业会考中，我校仍然取得了较好的成绩。班级是学校最基层的组织单位，也是学生成长成才最直接的环境。我们紧密配合学校的中心工作，大胆探索，勇于实践，强化学生的自主意识和教师的服务意识，尽心培养良好的班级作风，促进班级建设。以便实现学生成人成才的双基目标。为此在学校举办的各项活动中，我能积极参与，陪伴学生身边，不仅尽到了做老师的责任，也尽到了一个做兄长的责任。在上期初三级学生篮球比赛上我们班取得了优异的成绩——男子篮球第一名的好成绩。在平常学校的劳动中我班学生也能任劳任怨出色的完成任务，体现出了每一位学生特有的吃苦精神，还有纪律、学习气氛较好等，以上都是我作为本班班主任藏在心里的骄傲。今天我把这一分骄傲说出来，送给各位家长、送给我用心爱着的学生，你们做的很好!三、学生代表发言首先有请×同学发言；下面有请×同学发言；接下来有请×同学发言；最后有请×同学发言。（略）四、家长代表发言首先有请×同学的家长发言；下面有请×同学的家长发言；最后有请×同学的家长发言（略）下面有请包级领导为我们作指导性讲话，大家欢迎。（略）五、家长同校领导、班主任、副班主任交流。（略）六、希望和建议：
抓好初三年级的工作，单靠教师的努力还远远不够，更多地需要家长的关心、支持与配合。可以说在学习上，每个同学都是平等的，关键是学生学不学的问题，任何一个同学只要想学习好，都能成功，学生学不学的关键在于他们对待学习的态度，爱不爱学习，思想能不能投入到学习中去。而这个学习的观念同时也需要家长来给学生灌输。可以说学生读书的好坏很大一方面取决于家长对待学习的态度。那么，面对孩子紧张的初三学习生活，家长应注意哪些教育问题呢？1.强化家庭教育意识，努力提高家庭教育质量。未来的社会是一个文明平等竞争的社会，若不具备一定的知识储备和能力，就难于在激烈的竞争中维持自己。人生的烦恼莫过于儿女的不成器，为人一生的欣慰莫大于孩子的有才有德。作为家长，首先明白，孩子的智力基础和品质基础是在家庭中奠定的，人的智力和品质是在家庭的塑造下成型的，学校是接过这块毛坯进行继续加工的，从家庭，学前班，小学到初中，这已是第四棒，在学校塑造和加工的全部过程中，离不开正确家庭教育的配合，倘若没有良好、正确合理的家庭教育配合，再好的师资和学校都不可能产生好的教育效果。你想，同样一个教师在同样一个班级上课，为什么有的学生学习成绩好，而有的学生学习成绩差一些呢？其中关键在于家庭教育。往往一个学生学习的动力来源与家长的期望，家长要经常了解学生的学习情况，在学校表现情况，和学生共同制订学习目标。家长要更多一点的投入精力关心学生的学习。对学生的学习过程进行管理，了解知道孩子什么时间该上学，什么时间放学，完成没完成老师布置的作业。这样，孩子感受到家长对其学习的关注，当然在学习上就会非常用功，努力把学习搞好。有的家长总是说，工作太忙。我说，家长在忙，又是为了什么？现在有许多的家长把精力用在为孩子攒钱，为孩子攒个房子，为孩子攒个媳妇，那你有没有想过用你现在的精力去为孩子攒个高素质，攒个孩子将来吃饭的饭碗。“十年树木，百年树人”一个人材的培养没有几十年的精心培养是成不了人材的，靠朝夕之功是培养不成人材的，靠侥幸心理也是断然培养不好孩子的。2.要把教育孩子如何做人放在第一位。学生在学校接受教育有两个基本的任务，一是学会做人，二是学会学习。“要做好事，首先要做好人已经成为社会的一种共识。而会不会做人跟家庭的教育有密切的关系。当前我们的极个别初三学生中，有打架斗殴、上课不遵守纪律以及不尊重老师等不良行为，对此，学校一方面加强对学生的教育，另一方面也根据学校的规章制度对极个别屡教不改的学生进行必要的处分，以保证极大多数学生和家长的利益，希望各位家长能够理解。3.家长要注意培养孩子良好的品行习惯，对孩子的道德品行、良好习惯的养成要从小抓起，从小事抓起。对不良行为要及时地预防和矫治。而常见的、多发的、容易诱发孩子犯罪的不良行为概括起来有：吸烟、酗酒；与品行不正的人交朋友；旷课、夜不归宿；携带管制刀具；打架、斗殴、辱骂他人；强行向他人索要财物；偷窃或故意损害公共财物；参与赌博或变相赌博；观看、收听色情淫秽音像制品读物；对以上不良行为作为监护人的家长切不可视为小事。希望家长监督学生在家游戏现象、看课外读物等。更要注意孩子与那些人交往，星期天除了做作业外的行为。
4.多关心子女的学习和生活。同子女多一些交流、沟通，及时了解他们的心理动向，而不是一味的打骂、威胁。要让孩子感到你们的关心是发自内心的，你们的要求是合情合理的，对他们是理解尊重的。对学生不光是管管吃饱穿暖，还应关心他们的课余活动是否健康，结交的朋友是否正派。让孩子参加健康有益的活动，拒绝不正当的游戏与活动（例如在校玩手机、听mp3、校外沉迷于聊天游戏）。5.合理安排好课余学习。进入九年级了，学习任务较重，学生在家期间，要加强对他们的管理，要让他们在家做作业或复习，不要随意到外面玩耍、长时间看电视，影响学习。比如排一个作息和学习时间表，严格执行，形成规律。6.多与学校、老师联系。要经常向班主任和任课老师了解孩子的在校情况，向老师反映学生在家的表现，以达到相互了解，共同配合，共同教育的目的。7.要配合老师的工作，支持学校的决定。首先，大家要相信我们的老师，他们有能力教好你们的子女！我们所做的一切，其出发点和归宿点绝对和你们是一致的，都是为了教育好你们的孩子，也是为了我们的学生。我们不可能，也绝不会有意来为难学生，刁难家长。然而，有时候我们的工作得不到个别家长的理解
与支持。如我们的老师有时请家长到校，有的家长不理解。8.加强对孩子的安全教育和管理。学生的安全事关千家万户的幸福，学校身感责任的重大。抓好学生的安全工作不仅是学校的事，更是家长的事。而我校当前的安全工作主要有交通（骑自行车带人）、饮食等隐患，希望家长能积极支持与配合学校的工作，一起努力，让你的子女安全健康地完成初中阶段的学习生活。9.认真考虑学生的前途。认真分析学生的学习情况，能够考高中的，尽全力考高中，做好以上各项工作。学习成绩不太好的，选择上中专、技校，将来有一技之长，也有可能上大学，千万不能不切实际地硬要学生飞上高中不可。成绩特别差，厌学情绪严重，抱着混个毕业证的学生，家长要转变观念，摸清学生思想动向，与其成天睡觉生事，不如帮他们明确方向，或者联系一些专业比较对口的中专技校上学学习，对他们好处更大。各位家长，我们的目标是统一的，我们的任务是一致的，我坚信在家长、老师、学生三方面的共同努力下，一定能实现我们共同的目标，让我们拭目以待。最后，在这里我谨代表九十四班的全体师生祝各位家长身体健康、工作顺利，家庭幸福，再次感谢你们的支持，愿我们班向着各位家长希望的方向发展，愿我们的学生蓬勃向上，全面发展，人人都能成“龙”成“凤”。对你们的到来，再次感谢！如有不当之处请多指正。谢谢大家！
