然后我们又去了苏州最北边的北塔寺，我们在这里见到了观世音菩萨的真身，原来观世音菩萨不是女儿身，它是男儿身，还看到了七位佛祖，我们的前世，今生，后世。在这里许愿是很灵的，我许的愿是一家人**安安，万事如意。
这时，我望了望天，已经是黑了，我们坐上返回上海的车。在车上，大家伙高兴地唱起了歌，一路上欢歌笑语的到了上海，这一天是多么的愉快，有趣啊!
苏州真不愧是上有天堂下有苏杭，这是人们对苏州的赞美。

一、日程工作
耐心处理学院方方面面的日常事务，在工作中尽量给师生办事提供方便，提高办事效率，如各种签字、报销等。从学院的大局和发展出发，妥善解决或化解各种矛盾。围绕学校中心工作和学院任期目标，与时俱进，组织修订、完善了学院相关管理，使学院的各项工作更加平稳有序地运行。在管理方面，实行以学院党政联席会为核心的^v^教授治学^v^管理理念，充分发挥学院学术会员会、学位委员会和教学指导委员会的作用，实现高效、科学、民主的管理。
二、学科建设工作
加强机械工程、仪器科学与技术两个省级重点学科建设。本年度，本人重点负责“仪器科学与技术”学科在我校学科提升计划项目的申报工作。通过精心组织、凝练学科方向，撰写申报书和制作汇报ppT，以及现场汇报答辩，“仪器科学与技术”学科获得学校培育计划A的资助，获得了年700万的建设经费。目前，学科建设设备进行到了采购招标阶段。另外，协助邓院长完成了河南省优势特色学科建设工程申报工作，机械工程学科获得A类特色学科资助。因此可以说，在本年度学科建设中，学院的机械工程和仪器科学与技术两个学科抓住了机会，取得了成效。可以相信，经过-年的学科建设，这两个学科一定会有长足的发展，迈上一个新台阶。
协助颉谭成教授，组织申报了“智能数控装备”河南省工程实验室，并获得了成功，得到了河南省发改委100万的经费资助。这是我院继齿轮、轴承后，在控制方面的一个省级科研平台，为机械电子工程学科的发展奠定了良好基础。和康春花副院长一起主办了河南省人力资和社会保障厅《智能装备与工业机器人技术创新》高级研修班，给我院教师和研究生提供了一次良好的学习机会。
三、研究生本科教学工作
在本科教学方面，继续坚持给本科生上，承担机电专业（含国教）的专业导论和工业机器人程。组织4位教授，成功申报了我院首门“智能装备改变人类生活”的校级精品视频公开。协助颉谭成教授完成了“机械电子工程”省级专业综合改革试点专业的申报工作，并获得成功。
在教学改革方面，主持鉴定省级教改题1项，发表教改论4篇，尤其在机械类专业学生转变好角色、学业发展规划、外培养体系的构建等方面做了较深入的研究，为开展好学生工作提供了理论支持。负责承办了201年全国高校机械类程教学系列报告会，自全国高校的400多名教师参加了会议，本人做了“校企协同育人培养机械行业卓越人才”的主题报告，扩大了我院以及机械学科的影响力和知名度，非常有利于我院20xx年年要进行的专业认证和卓越计划实施评价工作。
负责完成了国际教育学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业的培养方案修订、教学计划安排、工作量审核等相关工作。负责河南工业职业技术学院联办机械设计制造及其自动化专业的培养方案制定、管理规制度制定等相关工作，保证了首届新生教学工作的顺利进行。
四、师资队伍建设
本年度新增博士学位教师7人，其中引进人，返校4人；获省级教学名师1人；获河南省师德先进个人1人；获河南省科技创新杰出人才1人；获河南省高校青年骨干教师1人；校青年学术技术带头人上岗1人；获批副教授职称4人；获批校特聘教授1人。获河南省特种轴承研发技术创新团队1个；获河南省高校科技创新团队1个。
五、办学条改善与创收
协助主管副院长继续改善学院办学条，学院投入万多新改善的大学生、研究生创新创业基地即将投入使用；持续修缮博士工作间，为新进博士提供良好的工作环境。学院的创收积累，朝着加大本科生教学实验设备投入的方向转变，工业工程专业的20台电脑的机房改造和新建80台学院机房已投入使用（约0万）。
继续协助做好成人高招学历教育、自考本科助学、工程硕士教育、短期培训班等工作，确保学院的创收稳步增长。
六、廉政建设方面
认真贯彻落实“八项规定”，守纪律讲规矩，改进工作作风。积极参加校、院组织开展的“三严三实”专题教育实践活动，结合实际抓学习，问题导向抓教育，深刻反思抓整改，又严又实促发展。
认真落实学校“一岗双责”要求，坚实履行党风廉政建设责任制职责。各项涉及到老师们切身利益的事情，如评先、评优、申报项目等及时向教职工公布，坚持做到政策公开、过程公开、结果公开，做到透明、公正，使广大教职工满意。严格执行学院财务“一支笔”制度，做到每笔支出公开、透明。杜绝学院、系室存在“小金库”现象。坚持一切为了师生、为了学院、学校发展的主导思想，正确行使权力，积极主动做好本职工作。
时常结合媒体通报案例和廉政化展，自省自查，筑牢廉政防线。能够廉洁自律，爱人已经退休，儿子在合肥一家企业工作，在招生、人才引进、子女工作安排等方面没有搞过特权，愿意接受学院全体老师的监督。
九、存在的问题与不足
主管学院全面工作经验欠缺，在一些问题的处理上，考虑的还不够全面。学院工作还要积极主动向校级领导汇报，加强与相关职能部门的沟通，争取领导和行政部门更多的理解和支持。学院高级别科研成果和科研经费还需进一步增加，高级别科研平台还需进一步积累打造，尤其是高层次人才引进工作还需进一步加强。
今后我要不断地努力学习，加强与外界的交流与合作，敢于担当重任，在学院党政班子领导下，充分发挥全院教职工的积极性和创造性，全力推动学院事业更好更快地发展。
