一、备课方面

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益匪浅。例如：名词性从句内容多，较为复杂，为了上好这一板块内容，我认真研究整理了重难点，准备了教具和多媒体课件，让学生可以化抽象为具体，更有效的理解与记忆。
二、教学方面
以课堂教学为中心，充分发挥自习正课一体化的自学作用。课前认真钻研教材，对教学内容做到心里有数，着重进行单元备课。与同组老师探讨、集体备课。共同计划、安排，解决课堂教学问题。在多数的课堂教学中使用白板等多媒体辅助教学，为学生创设各种情景，激发学生的学习兴趣。激情更重要！
增强上课技能，提高教学质量，使讲解清晰化、准确化、条理化、情感化和互动化。做到线索清晰、层次分明、言简意赅、深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性，加强师生间的交流，充分体现学生是课堂的主人，让学生学得轻松，学的愉快。
注意精讲精练，在课堂上，老师讲得尽量少，学生动口动手尽量多，同时在每一堂课上都能充分考虑每个层次学生的学习需求和学习能力，让每个层次的学生都得到提高。
三、培养学生学习习惯
在培养学生学习习惯的过程中，首先鼓励学生养成独立完成作业的习惯，针对部分学生作为懒散，应付公事，我通过同桌和小组之间的完成情况，让他们形成竞争，不做学习的懒人，对激发学生的学习兴趣起到了很好的效果。
四、后进生的培养辅导
在后进生的辅导方面，我要求他们有不明白的知识在中午自习可以找我补习功课。在课堂上，对他们多提问、督促他们学习，让他们对每天学过的知识点进行总结，同时也让他们采用自己的学习方法，慢速学习，在教学中，逐步培养他们的学习兴趣，提高他们学习的自信心，使学生敢于回答问题，积极思考，并在学习中，开展互帮互助，组长带头作用，组与组之间竞争，最后表彰奖励。
五、提高自身学习方面
在平时的教学工作之余，我喜欢静下心来思考回顾这段时间内的问题，在教学工作反面及在与学生交流成长方面，品味着工作中的苦与乐，用自己真实的声音写下每一天的感受。用心去体验生活与工作，感悟其中的进步与成功。在这一实习阶段，不仅使自己的教学技能从最初的青涩到逐步的成熟，在与学生交流中也变得更加干练，更加了解学生的内心。
每一个孩子，都有不同的性格，拥有自己的个性，实习这一学期所带来的经验，是在我一生中都适用的，我要不断去思考，其提高自己的人生价值。
在实习的学期中，我在1524班做副班主任，见习并处理一些杂乱事务。现将本学期的工作总结如下：
我认真学习学校下发的“副班主任工作职责”，对照着认真执行。一学期来，在校领导的正确领导下，本人的思想、教育、教学取得了一定的成绩。能积极配合班主任管理好班级的各项工作。具体说来，这学期我致力于以下这几方面的工作：
一、本学期我积极配合好班主任的日常工作及做好班级的日常工作，并能协助班主任处理班级的一些事务。平时，积极配合班主任做好班级的管理工作，了解班级里的大小事情，主动关心每一位学生，课上与课下，注意观察学生的言谈举止，发现不好的现象及时纠正。我找本班学生名学生面对面谈话，了解他们的苦恼，指出他们的不足，不断鼓励他们。无论是什么样的学生，我都坚持一视同仁，努力树立他们的信心。
二、特别注意培养学生健康的人格。智力需要开发，良好的人格也需要培养。除了要关注学生的学习成绩外，我们更应关注学生的心理问题、道德修养。我一直把培养学生的良好思想品德、行为习惯作为工作重点。作为副班主任兼英语科任，经常利用课间时间对学生进行进行思想教育，强调学生们要做一个正直的人，要有一颗公正之心，能明辨是非，能包容别人的过失，鼓励同学知错就改，并且要做一个有诚信的人，说到做到，并常常引述一些相关的故事和真实的事例来说明这种道理。

六、积极投身于我校的课改大潮中，在课改初期，引导学生认真对待课改，树立端正的思想，协助班主任完成了班级学习小组的组建，帮助学生命名学习小组，指导学生如何进行小组内独学、互学、讲解、探讨等环节，帮助学生缓步平稳的接受新课改理念，融入合作探究的学习方法中。
作为一名副班主任，我们应该配合班主任认真抓好班级管理工作，充分发扬民主，让全体学生积极参与管理，千方百计调动他们的积极性和创造性，培养他们独立自主的精神和自我管理的能力，逐步完成由教师管理向学生管理的过渡，真正扮演好引路人和协调者的角色。
以后我会一如既往地与班主任配合，积极参与班级的日常管理与班级文化的建设，参加班级的集体活动。力争把副班主任工作做细做好。
这一学期的定岗生活即将结束，回想这四个月收获的、经历的、难忘的，一幕幕都在我的脑海里回放。
刚到武安市三中的我们还是一群学生，带着青涩和稚嫩，看到眼前的事物感到兴奋。经过一个学期的实习生活，我们习惯了早起晚睡，习惯了每天12点睡觉、5点起床，习惯了孩子们的每一张笑脸，熟悉了这里的一景一物，熟悉了他们的每一个性格，……有太多的留恋和不舍，有太多的回忆和故事。

再后，我还有一个重要的人需要感谢，那就是我们的驻县老师。刚来实习，我不懂得处理与上级领导的关系，老师慢慢地指导我、引导我，慢慢地我成熟了。
