只要是中国人的面试，不管是HR还是用人部门，英语水平都好不到哪里去，包括苹果和IBM的HR。大部分外企基层的HR，虽然刚进来的时候口语还行，但是几乎没有什么动力把口语练好，因为平时使用英文主要都还是以邮件为主，口语上的沟通非常少，为什么呢，因为现在外企本土化也能高，HR的经理一般都是中国人了（HR的总监可能是鬼佬了），团队其他成员也差不多是中国人，哪怕有鬼佬，只是偶尔沟通（HR的工作基本各自为政）。也有一些HR有海外留学背景，但是回国后，也在逐步退化。
可是为什么外企面试的时候总是要求你英语面？
因为这是HR用来砍价的大杀器。其实大部分外企的工作对口语的要求何其之低也，只要求会基本的沟通+用英语的技术沟通（后者在一个月后自然会说），主要交流都是以邮件为主（管理岗位例外）。也就是其实只要你业务过硬，英语欠缺一点（能够看得懂邮件，会发充满各种语法错误的邮件，能够结结巴巴沟通技术就够了）也没关系，我见过大把这样的人在外企上班的。
