初次见面,交际双方都希望尽快消除生疏感,缩短相互间的感情距离,建立融洽的关系,同时给对方一个良好的印象。那么,怎样通过交谈才能较好地做到这一点呢?

通过亲戚、老乡关系来拉近距离

由于亲戚老乡这类较为亲密的关系会给人一种温馨的感觉,使交际双方易于建立信任感。特别是突然得知面前的陌生人与自己有某种关系,更有一种惊喜的感觉。故而,若得知与对方有这类关系,寒暄之后,不妨直接讲出,这样很容易拉近两人的距离,使人一见如故。现在许多大学里面,都存在一些老乡会、联谊会等组织,这些老乡会、联谊会就是通过老乡关系把同一地方的学生召集在一块,组织起来。同时也通过老乡会来相互帮助、联络感情、加强交流。从人的心理上来讲,每个人的潜意识中都有一种“排他性”,对自己的或跟自己有关的事物往往不自觉表现出更多的兴趣和热情;跟自己无关的则有一定的排斥性。因而在交谈中这类关系的点出就使对方意识到两人其实很“近”。这样,无论对方位在你上或你下,都能较好地形成坦诚相谈的气氛,打通初次见面由于生疏造成的心理上的“设防”。_同志就常用这种“拉关系”的技巧。建国后接见民主人士时,凡是与他有点亲戚关系的,以及通过师生、故友的关系有些瓜葛的,往往是刚一见着面,没出两三句话,他就爽直地和盘托出其间丝丝缕缕的关系,在“我们是一家子”的爽朗笑声中,气氛亲热了许多,使被接见者倍感亲切。

我的一个同学在跟一个高年级学生接触时的头一句话就是:“开学时就是你帮我安置床铺的。”“是吗?”那个同学惊喜地说。接着两人的话题就打开了,气氛顿时也热乎了许多。那个高年级同学的确帮过我们许多人,不过开学初人多事杂,他也记不得了。而我这个同学则恰到好处地点出了这些,给对方很大的惊喜,也使两人的关系拉近了一层。一般说来,每个人都对自己无意识中给别人很大的帮助感到高兴。见面时若能不失时机地点出,无疑能引起对方的极大兴趣。因此,初次见到曾帮过自己的人时,不妨当面讲出,一方面向对方表示了谢意,另外无形中也加深了两人的感情。

从对方的外貌谈起

每个人都对自己的相貌或多或少地感兴趣,恰当地从外貌谈起就是一种很不错的交际方式。有个善于交际的朋友在认识一个不喜言谈的新朋友时,很巧妙地把话题引向这个新朋友的相貌上。“你太像我的一个表兄了,刚才差点把你当作他,你们俩都高个头,白净脸,有一种沉稳之气……穿的衣服也太像了,深蓝色的西服……我真有点分不出你们俩了。”“真的”这个新朋友眼里闪着惊喜的光芒。当然,他们的话匣子都打开了。我们不得不佩服这个朋友谈话的灵活性。他把对方和自己表兄并提,无形中就缩短了两人之间的距离,接着在叙说两人相貌时,又巧妙地给对方以很大的赞扬,因而使这个不喜言谈的新朋友也动了心,愿意与其倾心交谈。

剖析对方的名字来引起对方的兴趣

因为当时双方的洽谈在我国举行,故此签字仪式便由中方负责。在仪式正式举行的那一天,让中方出乎意料的是,美方差一点要在正式签字之前“临场变卦”。

原来,中方的工作人员在签字桌上摆放中美两国国旗时,误以中国的传统作法“以左为上”代替了目前所通行的国际惯例“以右为上”,将中方国旗摆到了签字桌的右侧,而将美方国旗摆到签字桌的左侧。结果让美方人员恼火不已,他们甚至因此而拒绝进入签字厅。这场风波经过调解虽然平息了,但它给了人们一个教训:在商务交往中,对于签约的礼仪不可不知。

签约,即合同的'签署。它在商务交往中,被视为一项标志着有关各方的相互关系取得了更大的进展,以及为消除彼此之间的误会或抵触而达成了一致性见解的重大的成果。因此,它极受商界人士的重视。

在商务交往的实践中,尽管君子协定、口头、“说话算数”,在一定程度上有着作用,但是更有效的取信于人、让交往对象心安理得的,则是“口说无凭,立此为据”的文字性合同。

商务合同,是指有关各方之间在进行某种商务合作时,为了确定各自的权利和义务,而正式依法订立的、并且经过公证的、必须共同遵守的条文。在许多情况下,合山又被叫作合约。而在另外一些时候,人们所说的合约则是指条文比较简单的合同。在商务往来中,带有先决条件的合同,如等待律师审查、有待正式签字、需要落实许可证的合同,又被叫做准合同。严格地说,准合同是合同的前身,也是最终达到合同的一个步骤。

为了省事,在一般场合,商界人士往往将合同、合约与准合同混为一谈,统统把它们都叫做合同。这样做虽不甚精确,但也有助于大家“删繁就简”,减少麻烦。

根据仪式礼仪的规定:对签署合同这类称得上有关各方的关系发展“里程碑”式的重大事件,应当严格地依照规范,来讲究礼仪,应用礼仪。为郑重起见,在具体签署合同之际,往往会依例举行一系列的程式化的活动,此即所谓签约的仪式。在具体操作时,它又分为草拟阶段与签署阶段等两大部分。
