今年农历除夕是20_年2月11日。工厂一般在2月1号左右开始放假,初十左右开工,也就是2月22号左右。年后即使开工,员工也不一定能在工厂开工当天到场。根据我在工厂这么多年的经验。员工全部到厂,需要1-2个礼拜,也就是在3月5号-10左右才能全部到厂。如果我们客人的订单交货时间,刚好在2月中或者2月底,这对于工厂来讲,是充满考验的。如果按时交货,工厂必须将订单在年前生产完,放到仓库,或者在年假期间,留一部分不回老家过年的工人在生产线上继续生产。如果提前完成订单,这务必会加大生产线在年前的生产压力,而且材料、物料积压,增加仓储负担,对于企业来讲,是一笔不小的开支。如果留一部分工人在过年期间继续生产,这期间,很多人需要走亲访友,或者假期心情自然会放松,生产效率会大打折扣。在年初八之前,让工人上生产线,很多都不太愿意。不管怎么处理,工厂都会有一段时期的生产空窗期。所以,如果能够让客人将2月份订单延期到3月份,这是再好不过的。
以下是我发给客人的延期申请模板:
中文:非常感谢您的新订单确认。我们留意到第一批订单出货在2月25号,时间对我们来说有点紧张,因为刚好中国新年假期从2月5号到2月22号。
