一、日文书信格式日语书信通常由“开头”、“正文”、“结尾”三个部分组成。开头部分主要由“拝启”、天气方面的寒暄语和安康方面的寒暄语构成。“拝启”通常写在第一行，前面不空格。但贺年卡、问安、慰问、吊唁等信函不用。但是开头用“拝启”这种格式给人一种拘泥、古板的感觉。近年来许多年轻人追求轻松、简约的书信风格将“拝启”省去不用。接在“拝启”之后的是有关天气方面的寒暄语；天气的寒暄语之后是询问对方和报告己方安康的客套话；除此之外根据情况还可以写些感谢和致歉的寒暄语。由于繁忙等原因，有时可以不写开头而直接进入正文。此时需要写上｢前略」、｢前略失礼いたします」等书信专用词语。正文的传统写法通常时借助于「さて」、「ところで」、「つきましては」、｢早速ですが」、「実は」等书信专用词进入正文。其中最为常用的是「さて」，其作用的是告诉收信人，信由此进入实质性内容的讲述。正文是一封信的核心部分，用词要诚恳、亲切、明白易懂。如果给长辈、上级写信，要用尊敬语与自谦语。如果是给朋友写信，可使用轻松自然的口语体文章。结尾主要是祝对方身体健康、生活幸福及请对方转达问候等寒暄语。如果前文中有“拝启”、“拝复”的话结尾应该用“敬具”与之对应。书信中每个自然段开头要空一格，信末记得要写收信人的名字、寄信人的名字和日期。二、日文信封格式日语信封有直式（竖式）信封和横式信封两种。1、直式（竖式）信封的写法信封右上方是收信人的邮政编码。写收信人的地址时，若一行写不下可另起一行，但应比前一行低一格。收信人的姓名则应写在信封的正中间，且字体应比地址的字体大。信封背面正中偏右下方则写寄信人的地址；偏左下方写寄信人的姓名。寄信人的邮政编码横写在寄信人地址的上面，单独占一行，而寄信的日期则写在左上方。2、横式信封写法现代日本青年突破了传统的日本竖式信封，多喜欢用横式。信封正面只写收信人的邮政编码、地址和姓名。姓名要写在信封正中，字体要比地址大。而信封背面则写寄信人的地址和姓名。寄信人的地址和姓名要写在信封背面三分之二高度以下位置。寄信日期写在背面上方。封口处可写上一个“封”字，或者画一个符号“〆”。

i have rested for a week. i began to feel bored. so i went out with my friends. they are my best friends in the middle school. we didn’t go to someplace special. we just saw the other. we had lunch together. while we were having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. yes! a year later, we have grown riper. and we learned much more things and got new life. we haven’t enough time to play, to waste and to lose the way. we only have two years. two years to go, we will get the real life which belongs to us.

日本信的写法：
1、开头语与结尾语：开头语与结尾语往往是一起使用的，但是，在贺年卡和夏季贺卡中，一般不用结尾语。(夏季贺卡是指盛夏季节，寄出问候健康的明信片)。
2、前述：以“时令的寒暄→平安与否的寒暄→感谢的言词”为顺序。
3、正文：以“さて”、“ところで”等词进入主题，用“つきましては”等词语进而明确地表示写信的目的。
4、结尾语：在结尾前做个收尾，写上类似“今后的拜托、祈愿对方平安无事、为自己字迹潦草而感到抱歉”等诸如此类的客套话结尾。
5、编后注：按照“日期→签名→收件人姓名”的顺序写。

信是用笔和纸与某个特定的对象进行交谈的工具。这是一种能和无论相隔多远的人，只要自己喜欢、无论何时都可交流的十分方便的方法。而且，面对面时难于叙述，口头表达容易造成误解的事，如采用书信方式，就能整理自己的想法，很好地写出并想对方传达自己想说的 事。信已成为与我们的日常生活密不可分又十分重要的一个组成部分。
信有正文中所述的贸易书信类的实用书信和日常书信两种。写日常书信有如下要领。
1.把对方当作就在眼前，应诚实，礼貌并充满热情。
2.书信尽管没有一个统一的格式，但有一定的规矩。因此，应该遵守这些规矩。
3.为不给对方或对方的家属造成失礼，应十分注意措辞（尤其是敬语和尊称的用法）
4.不写时候可能会收回或后悔的事。
5.注意不要错过应该寄出的时间。复信，感谢信应马上寄发。但对于有伤害对方、使对方不愉快内容的信、应待几天冷静下来后再写回信。
6.在落笔写信之前应认真思考要写的内容，写完后务必再读一遍，做必要的订正。
7.正确、简洁地写清你要说的事情。
8.注意用字、用语，并杜绝错字、漏字或别字。尤其应该准确书写自己和对方的住址和姓名。
9.无论哪一类信件，都应写明日期。
10.用对方寄来的往返明信片复信时，应去掉对方给自己加的“御、贵、芳、ご、お”等尊称，并去掉对方收件人名下的“行”字，将其改写成“様”（收件人为个人时）、“御中”（收件人为团体时）。
11.不能在同一信封捏夹入写给不同对象的信，也不能在写给身份或地位比自己高的人的信中要求给他人传话。
12.不能使用稿纸或小纸片、彩色笔（尤其是红色笔）书写。贴邮票时注意不能将收信人姓名、地址盖住。
