在会计电算化实行过程中,医院主管部门应进一步重视电算化建设,组织力量不断完善财务会计电算软件,从政策、制度、资金、人才等方面加大支持力度;促进医院财务会计电算化水平的不断提高。

(四)提高会计人员素质
在医院财务管理中,不少医院的电算化人员是由过去的会计、出纳等经过短期培训而来,只能对日常的会计核算进行处理,对如何提高会计管理水平则无能为力。同时会计人员的计算机知识十分薄弱,虽然有越来越多的财会人员接受电子计算机培训,但一般还只懂得怎样去使用计算机,谈不上对计算机进行维护、开发和利用。为此一方面要加大会计信息系统和会计电算化的理论知识培训,要求会计人员掌握会计核算软件功能结构,数据处理流程,具备计算机基础知识,懂得简单操作与维护;另一方面要能适应知识经济环境下新的'会计分支或新的商务模式等对传统会计电算化内容扩充的要求。
会计电算化培训要注意以下几个问题:一是要注意人才层次,既要有部分高级人才,也要有部分一般人员,包括系统管理人员、系统维护人员和各类操作人员。二是注意知识结构,会计电算化人员中,既要有会计人员,又要有计算机人员,培训的内容包括计算机基础知识和使用,还要有设计人员了解现行医院会计业务和建立目标系统的培训。
(五)充分发挥审计的监督作用
财务管理和会计核算质量一方面取决于电算化管理的质量,另一方面取决于审计的监督作用。电算化会计信息系统增加了审计人员的工作难度,传统的工作方式已不适应。审计人员对付计算机舞弊应从两个方面着手:一是根据财经法规,通过对会计资料的直接审计查找会计信息错弊;二是通过审核和评估内部控制系统,对数据处理的重要环节和流程进行检测,发现系统的弱点和不足,提请审计单位改善,同时通过完善内部控制系统,来预防、查处计算机舞弊行为。

“哑巴英语”是多年以来英语教学中的一个常态现象，在素质教育的要求下，我们的教师也意识到了“哑巴英语”的危害，为此不少教师已经开始尝试和探索新型的教学方式，并试图通过多种方式的教学来实现这一教学目标。
一、英语口语消极心理产生的原因
1.怕错的表现。
很多学生在英语口语训练中都试图追求百分之百的正确，这种怕错表现的心理在很大程度上受到教师教学方式的影响。在英语口语教学中，教师会仔细的聆听学生说出的每一个单词，一旦学生出现了任何错误，教师都会及时的指出学生的错误，同时也有一些教师在指出学生错误的时候带有很强的负面情绪，使得学生在口语训练中不敢开口，唯恐自己的错误成为众矢之的，也怕由于自己犯错误而引起教师和学生的嘲笑，久而久之学生就会形成说英语的心理障碍。
2.缺乏自信的表现。
学生之所以会在英语口语训练中产生不自信表现的原因来源于多方面，一是学生本身的自卑感。很多学生从小就表现的性格内向，他们不爱说话，不爱与人交流，在接触了高中英语口语训练的环节时，这种自卑的表现就会愈加的强烈。二是学生对英语知识掌握的不够熟练。事实上高中生中有很大一部分的学生，他们在英语基础知识上的掌握上都存在很大的问题，所以当这部分学生需要将自己掌握的知识表达出来时，必然会产生一种不自信的表现。三是学生在当众说英语存在的心理障碍。一些学生本身已经具备了一定的英语知识功底，但是一旦让他们在大家面前来说英语，他们就会表现的比较怯懦。上述几种原因共同导致了学生在英语口语上不自信的表现。
二、如何帮助学生克服消极心理的障碍
1.真诚的关爱每一个学生。
既然学生在英语口语训练中存在消极的心理情绪，那么我们的教师就要首先从学生的心理出发，从根本上来消除学生的消极心理，让学生摆脱英语口语给其带来的阴影。为了更好、更快的让学生走出消极的学习心理，教师要能够真心的爱护自己的学生。这就要求教师要把每一个学生当成自己的孩子，这样教师才能真心的为学生所想，也才能更深入的理解学生在心理上存在的一些不健康的因素。另一方面教师要积极的评价学生。在英语口语教学中，我们经常会见到这样的教师，他们对学生的表现采取置之不理的态度，或是以批评的评价模式为主，或是评价的较为模糊，从而失去了评价的效果。教师应该以正确的态度来对待学生在学习中产生的所有问题，对于学生的进步要给予及时、准确的评价，对于学生不理想的表现，教师要给予有效的鼓励，从而让学生在教师的鼓励和评价中认准方向，提高自我。
2.对学生的错误拥有包容的胸怀。
教师对学生抱有怎样的胸怀对学生的口语训练有着直接的推动作用，在英语口语教学中，教师常常会带有很大的个人主观色彩，即教师单方面的认为英语口语实际上是再简单不过的学习内容，学生却产生如此的学习效果实在是令人可气，教师为什么会产生这种错误的想法呢？主要原因就是教师缺乏换位思考的能力。所以教师应该从学生的角度出发，想一想高中生的学习能力毕竟是有限的，这样教师就不会觉得自己的学生如此不堪了。例如在一次的英语自我介绍中，一个英语知识相对薄弱的学生在课堂上做了一个最简单的自我介绍，全篇自我介绍都是围绕“Iam...”、“Ilike...”、“Iwant...”等最基本的词汇和句子展开，面对学生这种“低级”的自我介绍，我并没有苛刻的批评这个学生，而是从鼓励出发，让学生在鼓励中意识到自己的问题。我是这样评价这个学生的自我介绍的“老师在你的自我介绍中没有发现一丁点的错误，这是值得表扬的地方，同时我发现你还会使用排比句呢，都是一样的句型啊，但是你有没有想过这样的自我介绍是否太过于普通呢，别人听了你的自我介绍之后能知道这是你吗？”听到我的评价，这个学生既感受到了我对他的评价，也清楚的认识到了自己在自我介绍中存在的问题，由此在和谐欢快的氛围中，学生在口语训练上又迈进了一步，我相信学生消极的心理状态也会得到极大的改善。
3.坚持由简入难的原则。
在高中英语口语教学中，教师要严格遵守由简入难的教学原则，很多教师一开始就让学生训练复杂的口语内容，这无疑会给学生的口语学习雪上加霜，教师只有从简单的口语内容入手，才能逐步的培养学生对口语的自信心。比如在一开始教师可以从让学生在课堂上读一些新学习的单词开始，让学生在单词朗读的训练中逐步的提升对简单口语的自信心。紧接着教师便可以逐步的让学生说出一些简单的句型，让学生可以在毫无准备的情况下就能说出来的句型，从而让学生感觉到：说英语其实也没那么困难。
总而言之，学生消极学习心理的产生并不是无中生有的，也不是可以在短时期内可以得到有效的解决的，所以我们的教师要以足够的耐心和正确的方法来引导自己的学生，尽可能的通过全方位的努力来提高学生的口语学习水平。

I fundamentally agree to work in the company s office other than work at home except for the case that I work for myself as a freelancer or home is actually the same place of the company.
First of all, I argue that work should be separated from personal life because work is actually a formal and serious task for individual so that one has to be responsible for the job. However, if working at home, it is inevitably possible that I would be disturbed by some trivial things. For instance, being disturbed by a salesman that knocks the door or an unpredictable phone that I have to answer. All such interruption of the work would make my work in mess, and thus I cannot concentrate myself into my work. So due to these drawbacks of working at home, I prefer to stay in the office where the atmosphere of a great passion for work will motivate me for a better job.
In addition, I don t think working at home is somehow more convenient as someone defences that it can save us a lot of time on the bus. Yet I argue that it is merely the superficial phenomenon that it seems our time is saved, because in fact, our patterns of life and work is damaged. When we are at home , we do not have to think about the annoying work done in the office if work belongs to office. But when home becomes a work place,the situation is different. It may be more than 8 hours before I finish my work since I would unconsciously spend more time in working when my office is actually my home. And the breakfast and lunch are likely to be done as simple as possible,which leaves all in a mess at I doubt the advantage that working at home brings to me and I shall be suffering from the irregular life pattern.
On the other hand, office is ,in my view,an ideal place for work. We can operate and communicate face to face without phone or Internet that sometimes set a barrier between us. And although during the working hours, I would feel stressful, and continuously be conscientious in case the boss comes to trouble ,I would feel really released when I leave the office . 多年来，高中英语教师们普遍认为：学生刚刚从中考的厮杀中“突出重围”进入高中，一切都是崭新而陌生的。为了让学生熟悉环境、了解老师和同学，常常把第一堂课设计成师生之间初次见面的“自我介绍课”。首先是教师介绍相关情况，如学校的历史、新班级的英语状况、本人的教龄等等，然后学生轮流介绍自己，话题不外乎：我的家庭、我的初中校园、我的兴趣……
这样，第一堂课上完之后，若问学生学到了什么?收获怎样?恐怕大多数学生的答案会停留在“认识老师和几个同学”的层面上。这样的第一堂课难免有“内容简单、形式单一、方法陈旧、收效不高”之嫌。
在学生进入高中的第一堂课上，如果教师没有新颖别致的教学手段和丰富有趣的教学内容来吸引他们，他们就会得出这样一个片面且不正确的结论：高中英语教师也不过如此啊。高中英语学习和初中也差不多吧。有这样一个“先入为主”的不良印象后，高中英语教师以后再想纠正，费时费力不说，成效多少也很难说。
二、高中英语第一堂课的设计举例
1不落俗套的介绍交流展示教师素质，拉近师生距离
走进陌生的班级，面对几十双期待的眼睛，我首先微笑着和同学们打招呼(Good morning，everyone!Nice to meet you)；然后自报家门，简要但不落俗套地介绍自己；I’m your English teacher，My name is May shaw，(梅肖)And I think my name is meaningful，because each letter stands for a useful sentence。在同学们怀疑的目光中，我自信地拿起粉笔，在黑板上竖着写下Mayshaw；为了增强趣味、避免枯燥，我选用彩色粉笔书写，力争视觉上的最大冲击。最后呈现在黑板上的是这样几个励志或劝学的英语谚语(proverh)。
Many hands make light work，(众人拾柴火焰高。)
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing，(一知半解，自欺欺人。)
You never know what you can till you try，(是驴子是马，拉出来遛遛。)

最后，我还以诙谐的方式把“爱屋及乌”的谚语(Love me，love my dog)改写为Love me，love my English：利用学生对我最初的好感，为今后的高中英语学习拉了一票。
高一学生刚刚进入一个全新的环境，他们对高中英语教师和高中英语课堂充满了期待和憧憬。如果教师的开场白和自我介绍落入俗套、没有创新，那么学生会因期待落空而产生失望心理，这种负面的情感因素势必影响他们高中三年的英语学习。
笔者用英语谚语来介绍自己，一方面，形式新颖，吸引人眼球，超出学生预计的常规框架；另一方面，谚语是精辟的格言警句，它能阐释真理，激励人上进；再者，被呈现的这些谚语都体现了初中已经学习过的和高中学习将要接触到的重要语法现象，例如，Many hands make light work揭示的是宾语补足语现象；Mittle knowledge is a dangerous thing，和A good medicine tastes bitter表明的则是抽象名词具体化的用法；You never know what you can ml you try，Stfike the iron while it’s hot，We laughs best who laughs last，三句谚语代表了三个极其重要的从句，它们分别是宾语从句、状语从句和定语从句。
现代英语教学着重培养学生听、说、读、写的交际能力。笔者就以高中英语第一堂课为突破口，多给学生说话的机会，旨在培养学生的口语能力。因此，当笔者清楚地运用几个谚语介绍了自己之后，马上让学生进行操练。受到笔者的启发，有些学生也“依葫芦画瓢”，对自己的名字进行了一番或肤浅或深刻的“解剖”。例如，My Chinese name is郑煜，which means an honest gifi who stands in the hot sun，这位女生刚坐下，另一位叫何鑫的男生已经迫不及待地站起来：Dear Ms Shaw，Dear classmates，it’s my honor to be admitted into the key school and to be with you，Most people think l have a lot of money(鑫)，unfortunately，it drops into the fiver(何)，I am not so confident，because l am a little fat，I hope I can make progress in English with your help，Many thanks，
值得一提的是，在高中英语的第一堂课上，认识五个学生就足够了。自我介绍的学生如果太多，我们根本就记不住；学生也会不加创新，一律沿用今天的介绍模式；况
且，如果整节课就设计成了师生相互认识的“自我介绍”课，学生许多其他方面的期待，比如：教师对学生学习态度和学习习惯的要求、同学之间成功的学习经验和学习方法的分享……等等也会得不到实现。笔者让今天没有机会介绍自己的同学课后做好充分的准备，力争设计出最耳目一新、最令人难忘的self-introduction，留在今后每堂英语课的前五分钟里分批介绍。
2精心选取的听力训练增强听的信心，再燃学习热情
新课程标准还要求教师们重视对“听”的训练。然而，大多数教师只在考试前夕进行高考题型的听力强化训练和突击，很少有教师把它落实在平时的课堂教学中，尤其是高中英语的第一堂课中。
笔者在高中英语第一堂课上就安排了听力教学，当然，听力材料的选取必须贴近学生实际，要充分调动学生听的欲望；另外，听力任务的设置不能太难，学生完成起来不是很费力，这样无形之中也能增加他们英语学习的成就感。
极具个性的周杰伦是中学生崇拜的偶像，他的音乐天赋、创作风格和健康形象都是中学生无限向往的。他的很多歌曲都广为传唱，比如：《双截棍》、《稻香》、《千里之外》。于是，我选取其英文版的《青花瓷》作为在高中英语第一堂课上听力训练的材料。学生在欣赏音乐和操练听力的过程中要完成两个任务。

在高中英语的第一堂课上，把音乐引进课堂教学能更好地活跃课堂气氛，使学生保持积极的学习劲头。当耳熟能详的《青花瓷》旋律响起时，学生倍感轻松自然，他们的注意力再次得以聚焦；而听录音填写歌词和排列顺序的教学方法，不仅锻炼了英语听力，此外还检查了学生拼写、语音和其他方面的技能。
3现身说法的经验分享促成有效策略，指明学法方向
英语是如此有趣，又如此重要，那么怎样才能学好它呢?我邀请两位初中英语学得最棒、中考分数最高的学生“现身说法”，和全班同学一起分享成功的学习经验。两位学生以质朴的语言道出了学好英语的“天机”，如，早读一定要大声：养成两个良好的学习习惯――预习和复习：三种学习用具不能节省――字典、复读机和英文报刊；四套簿本一个也不能少――笔记本、作业本、纠错本和摘抄本：上课要“五到”――眼到、耳到、手到、口到和心到。
在对他们的做法加以充分肯定后，笔者独辟蹊径地总结：所谓English,其实代表的是下列学习英语的基本素质：
