“一位好的班**就等于一个好的班级”。的确，班**在班级建设中有着举足轻重的作用。当学生出现这样那样的犯错时，班**应如何妥善处理呢?根据自己在德育工作中的经验，谈谈自己的一些看法：
一、保持冷静，心*气和，不与学生冲突
在班级管理工作中肯定会遇到犯错的学生，每当这时候，班**一定要冷静下来，不能慌张，也不能乱发脾气，更不能因为某个学生屡次犯错就产生“恨铁不成钢”的心理，做出不理智的举动。要善于**自己的情感，约束自己的行为，抑制过激的情绪，心*气和地问清事情的前因后果。只有这样，才有利于妥善处理好事情。学生出现犯错时，有很多是学生在情绪激烈，头脑发胀时造成的。此时，他们不大考虑事情的后果和影响，如果教师不考虑学生的这一心理现象，硬要当场批评、训斥学生，往往容易碰壁，有时还会给学生留下难以愈合的创伤，甚至会造成师生之间的情绪对立，直至发生正面冲突。相反，如果教师能**情绪，将“热问题冷处理”，化大为小，化不利为有利，就能在虽短的时间内*息“偶发事件”，把学生转入正轨。
例如：有一次上课时，有位学生一直在玩手机。我先后提醒他三次，他仍没有半点收敛。我从没遇到这样的学生，当时非常生气，冲过去对他说：“把你的手机给我!”他猛然一惊，本能地迅速把手机放如口袋。我气在心头，恨不得把手机抢过来砸烂它，于是我伸手到学生的口袋想把手机抢过来。可是他也不依不挠，死死抓住不放。双方陷入了僵持，大约过了三、四十秒，他的脸越胀越红，眼睛似乎也红了。我这时才猛然想起这样僵持下去并不妥当，于是我先松手，说：“既然你不给，我也不再和你争了。请你安静地想清楚你上课这样玩手机到底对不对，想好了下课来找我。否则后果自负!” 1
说完，我回到讲台继续讲课，没再理会这件事。
由于有了时间的缓冲，那位学生慢慢意识到自己确实做得有点不对。下课后，他主动来找我，见面就向我道歉。我这时心情也*和了，非常大度地接受了他的道歉，没有对他作任何批评，只是告戒他以后要管好自己，不要再令老师难做。经过这次事情后，我上课时，那位学生竟然再也没有拿手机出来玩了。
试想如果当时如果我不顾后果，坚持要让那位学生交出手机，那可能只有三种结果：一我抢不过他，当场下不了台阶，在学生面前颜面尽失;二我抢赢了，手机在我手上，但那位学生却会怨恨在心，记恨我一辈子;三抢得不相上下，最后双方大打出手，造成不可收拾的后果。
二、***等，相互尊重，不要高高在上
在班级管理中尽可能进行**管理：多到学生中去听取学生的意见和想法，多了解学生的心声，多为学生着想，多让学生参与管理等等。只要老师是真心实意为学生好的，学生自然会感受得到，当学生认同了老师的做法，他们才会“亲其师，信其道”。
苏霍姆林斯基说：“教育，这首先是关怀备至地、深思熟虑地、小心翼翼地触及年轻心灵。在这里，谁有细致和耐心，谁就能获得成功。”这句话是强**师在教育时要细致和耐心。细致和耐心从何而来?来自于教师的“爱心”，只有教师对每一个学生充满了“爱”，他才会耐心去教育学生。教师的角色像一根导盲棍，在学生需要的时候进行适时的帮助。教师心中那把尺，要严也要松，但态度是陪伴，而不是责备。假如师生之间失去了信任的基石，学生就会把褒扬看成是“哄人”，把批评或惩戒看成是“整人”。那我们的教育工作将难以开展。
教育是育人的工作，良好的师生关系是学生接受教育的重要前提。有资料表明：62%的学生希望老师“很随和，易接近”，53%的学生“希望老师能理解我们，做我们的朋友”。如果老师整天都板着脸孔，走路背着手，开口就训人，严肃有余而活泼不足，这只会让学生对你敬而远之，又怎能使学生“听而信之”呢?因此，在建设班集体时，班**一定不能疏远学生，要做学生的知心人，与学生“打成一片”。在融洽的师生关系中开展工作才能得心应手，一呼百应，达到事半功倍的最佳教育效果。
三、将心比心，换位思考，不要一味怪责
一个学生的差异性是由社会、家庭、学校等因素造成的。我们要明白：孩子在成长过程中出现的各种问题，往往不是孩子成长的初衷。学生的心灵异常脆弱，非常注
重老师对自己的评价。学生们都希望能听到老师对自己的认可和赞扬，即使是在他们做错的事情的时候，他们也希望老师能原谅，给他们一个改过的机会。因此，作为教师，应该坚信每个学生都是可以教育好的，要“时刻都不忘记自己也曾是个孩子”。面对学生犯错时，要注意将心比心地进行“心理置换”——想一想，自己过去当学生时，不是也犯过类似的错误，做过相同的错事吗?当老师批评自己时，自己当时又是什么心情?自己又是希望老师怎样处理的呢?这样想想，就容易理解学生犯错时的心情，就能够冷静地**自己，不再去一味怪责学生，而是采取学生能够理解，能够接受的方式对待学生。当一个学生犯错时，班**要把心放开一些，不能动辄就恶语相向，更不能冷嘲热讽。要知道老师一句不经意的挖苦，会严重伤害一个人的自尊，甚至毁了他一生;一句发自真心的表扬，却可能激活一个人的自信，从而使他走向成功。

看完录像后我非常震惊，想不到*时斯斯文文的李美美竟然会干出这种事来，而且她还是失主黄珍珍的最好朋友。是马上叫李美美过**室来当面对质，“逼”她交出手机，还是给她留有余地，找她谈话，通过旁敲侧击的劝导，让她主动“退”回手机呢?静下心来想想：她们始终还是孩子，难免会犯错。于是从保护学生的自尊出发，我选择了后者。我单独找来李美美，很*和地跟她聊天。问她和谁最要好，告诉她黄珍珍一直以人格担保自己的手机不可能是李美美拿的;并且说每个人难免会有贪念，会做错事，但如果及时回头还为时未晚，否则的话只会越陷越深等等。谈了半个多小时，上课铃响了。我叫李美美回去好好上课，然后在耐心地等待她的主动反省。
晚自修放学后，我接到了黄珍珍打来的电话：“老师，我的电话找到了，原来一直放在我的枕头套里。”从电话里可以听到黄珍珍对手机失而复得的高兴之情溢于言表，真的以为是自己忘了拿手机。只有我知道，这是李美美的及时醒悟，失窃的手机才会“回到”黄珍珍的床上。
其实，没有一个学生甘意一直落后的。作为教师，处理这类事件不能莽撞，要有探寻事件背景的耐心。只要认真分析，恰当施教，用信任作钥匙，再顽固的学生都有可能为你敞开心扉。
四、用关爱融化学生的冷漠，不戴“有色眼镜”看人
在教育中教师会经常遇到案例中那“种面无表情，百问而无一答，沉默**一切”的顽固学生。这些学生天生就是不会说话吗?不是的，只是由于他们在家庭或学校动辄就被家长或老师训斥，解释得多或许换来更多的怒骂，甚至拳脚相加。渐渐地，他们关**与师长沟通的心门，用沉默来进行无声的抗争。面对这类学生，我们唯一的办法是用真诚的关爱去融化学生心灵的冰块，用真挚的情感去打开学生关闭的心门。在开展教育的具体操作上，需要教师有宽广的胸怀，足够的耐心和敏锐的洞察力。因为教育这类学生不可能一次两次就能奏效，需要做好打持久战的准备。教师在*要时多一点宽容，少一点责骂;多一点关爱，少一点抱怨，并在学习生活上点点滴滴的关怀照顾中让学生切身感受老师的真心帮助。学生始终也是人，只要你真心对他好，真心帮助他，他肯定会感受得到的。在学生内心发生变化后，他在行动上自然就会慢慢听从老师。这时，教师要在学生稍有进步时及时给予肯定，让学生受到莫大的鼓励，最终一步步走出自闭的泥潭，走向开朗的晴空。
例如：小王是我们班上一位很不起眼的学生。个子不高，黑黑壮壮的。*时很少出声，上课时总是趴在桌子上不听课，作业也不交。我找他谈过几次话，但他基本不回应，没什么效果。对于这种扶不上墙壁的“烂泥”，我一筹莫展，只能干着急。
一天中午午休时，小王竟然和班上的“小霸王”李明打架，还把李明给打伤了。当我急匆匆感到现场，学校保安已经**住了场面，但我看见小王还抓着拳头站在那里，一副拼到底的样子。我当时气得要命，认为小王无可救药了，恨不得马上把他轰出学校。
后来经过了解，打架的起因是李明抓了一条毛毛虫去吓班上的**学，把胆小的人吓哭了。小王看不过眼，大声叫李明别这样做。*时蛮横惯了的李明听了很不舒服，一掌推向小王，哪知小王从小就在村里的武馆学过拳术，一挡，一推，把李明的鼻子给弄破了。
在事情的**中我难得地看到了小王身上的“闪光点”，我决心从这里打开教育的切入口。我再次找他谈话，没有再批评他，而是表扬他有见义勇为、不畏**的精神。
还和他聊起他学习武术的一些情况，并告诉他学校有专业的舞狮队，非常需要他这样的人才，推荐他去参加学校舞狮队。一开始，小王还是很冷淡，可能以为我骗他。第二天下午，我又亲自带他去找到学校舞狮队的教练，极力向教练推荐他。教练看了小王的基本功后，极为赞赏，一口答应让小王以后担任“狮头”的重要角色。这下，小王的脸上露出了难得的笑容。由于小王有武术功底，对“舞狮”也很感兴趣。有了“兴趣”这位最好的老师，小王学习起来自然就格外买劲，每天下午放学后都准时跟教练认真学习。不到半年时间，小王就能登台表演了。看着小王在舞台上龙腾虎跃的神气样子，谁能想象他半年前还是一滩“烂泥”呢?后来，小王还**学校参加了“蔡李佛”拳术比赛、粤澳狮王争霸赛等多项重大赛事，并且获得了不少金奖、银奖。
