It is true that some people know from an early age what career they want to pursue, and they are happy to spend the rest of their lives in the same profession. While I accept that this may suit many people, I believe that others enjoy changing careers and seeking job satisfaction in different ways.

Spend the rest of their lives 用来替换keep to it

enjoy 和 seeking job satisfaction 用来替换 have a satisfying working life

On the one hand, having a defined career path can certainly lead to a satisfying working life. Many people decide as young children what they want to do as adults, and it gives them a great sense of satisfaction to work towards their goals and gradually achieve them. For example, many children dream of becoming doctors, but to realise this ambition they need to gain the relevant qualifications and undertake years of training. In my experience, very few people who have qualified as doctors choose to change career because they find their work so rewarding, and because they have invested so much time and effort to reach their goal.

On the other hand, people find happiness in their working lives in different ways. Firstly, not everyone dreams of doing a particular job, and it can be equally rewarding to try a variety of professions; starting out on a completely new career path can be a reinvigorating experience. Secondly, some people see their jobs as simply a means of earning money, and they are happy if their salary is high enough to allow them to enjoy life outside work. Finally, job satisfaction is often the result of working conditions, rather than the career itself. For example, a positive working atmosphere, enthusiastic colleagues, and an inspirational boss can make working life much more satisfying, regardless of the profession.

In conclusion, it can certainly be satisfying to pursue a particular career for the whole of one’s life, but this is by no means the only route to fulfilment. Trying various professions can be equally satisfying for some people.

My opinion on job hopping: ^v^you quit again. What's your new job?^v^ Job hopping has become a hot topic for people, especially for young people. There has been a heated debate around this topic.

As a result, many people tend to do a job all their life, while those who frequently change jobs are self righteous and inappropriate. They think that this is the only way out. Success is to stick to a job because of the continuous practice in a professional field Practice helps to develop an expert, but there are still many people who disagree with their view that if you are not satiied with your current job, change means progress and, of course, you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid job.

Every change is a step towards success. This idea may be the reason why they frequently change jobs. If you have a better chance, I think it is reasonable to change jobs.

But once you find a position that can give full play to your ability, you'd better calm down. Only in this way can you get the true happiness of achieving your goals. Job hoppers have different attitudes towards their work.

They think that a person can only have Only a job can do a good job. If a person changes jobs frequently, he will not get the experience needed for exercise. In their opinion, people work in order to earn money.

If they have the opportunity to get a job with higher salary, they will definitely strive for this opportunity. In addition, if a person only does one job in his life, he will be bored. My view is that if a person wants to surpass others in some aspects, interest is the most important job.

Therefore, if a person is not interested in his work, it is normal or even necessary to change jobs. Otherwise, he will suffer from foot-and-mouth disease.

More and more people are starting to change jobs instead of staying in the same company all their lives. Companies and employees have different views on job hopping. The quality of job hopping has become a common phenomenon among employees, and the concept of ^v^iron rice bowl^v^ or ^v^lifelong work^v^ is also declining.

Although some employees may approve of job hopping, it is not what most employers like. Most companies spend a lot of money on training new employees. They think it is an investment in the future.

Losing well-trained, qualified and experienced employees in the early stage of their career will bring economic damage to the company. Employers need loyalty. Frequent job hopping indicates that employers lack loyalty.

From an employee's point of view, employers are reluctant to hire new employees. From the employee's point of view, it is common for ambitious entrepreneurs to change jobs. In addition, in the process of climbing the career ladder, employees may feel that their current job is not satisfied or has no expected return.

If so, they will start looking for another job sooner or later. In addition, after working in one field for a period of time, they may feel that they need to change their direction and finally enter another field. Employers and employees have different attitudes towards job hopping.

Employers think that job hopping is a manifestation of economic waste and disloyalty, while employees see job hopping as an opportunity to further develop their own career or find a more satisfactory job. The rapid development of business makes it possible to change jobs. The key to the niche problem is that the company no longer provides permanent jobs, which makes job hopping often inevitable.

People like to stay in a job that is rewarding and in line with their interests. However, in fact, this is often not the main reason for people to change jobs, or they are not satisfied with the present Work in.

(2) at the most basic level

(3) versatile 全能的

(4) give sb. a competitive edge

(5) booming

Needless to say, job-hopping may be a bad thing if it is not well-considered. Shifting from job to job may prove to be a waste of time and opportunity since this may easily make a person Jack of all trades and master of none. As we know, the person who can provide the most professional service for the company enjoys the best opportunity of promotion. However, if a person does not find the job he is doing interesting or fulfilling, then his change job could be a win-win strategy both for the companies and employees. For the companies, “new bloods” often mean stronger labor force and vitality of the staff. For the employees, a new job means a new opportunity.

(2)jack of all trades and master of none

(3)fulfilling

In light of the above discussion, I would conclude that no change of jobs is wasteful as long as it is carefully considered. Holding on to a job that we do not like is a crime against our precious life.

People have different expectations for their jobs. Some people prefer to do the same job for the same company, while others don't often change jobs. Whether they can stay in the same position for a long time is a problem that many people worry about.

First of all, let's take a closer look at the two sides: first, the benefits of lifelong career are obvious Working in the same position for a long time can help a person to become an expert in this field, because it is natural to be familiar with your work from all angles and accumulate rich experience. Mistakes in daily work will be minimized because you have learned a lesson. However, the disadvantages are also caused by long-term constant work.

Because everyone has different patience, some people may feel that the longer they work for the same job, the less interest and power they have. If a person changes jobs frequently, he or she must not worry about this problem. This is when employees are bored with their work, the biggest advantage of doing this is to change them directly Change a job, but it will make a person not good at anything he or she has done the worst thing, and the competition for work is becoming more and more fierce.

Who can find a job when he or she wants to find a job. Therefore, since these two methods have their own characteristics, in my opinion, the best way is to try some work first, so as to have a goal when finding a job that he or she likes Easy to be alert and devote yourself to your work.

Job hopping some people tend to stick to their posts all the time, because they think that the longer they work in a particular field, the more skilled they are, the more likely they will be teachers for a lifetime.

Choosing to stay with one firm/field over a long period of time can be a great option to “build” a career.

As you gain experience and knowledge unique to your firm, your value to the organization increases.

With that increased value, you typically have more responsibilities, as well as a stronger influence in future company strategic decisions.

That company’s specific knowledge uniquely positions you to be an internal “expert” due to your time invested there.

变成一个 “in-house” expert 之后我们自己的自信心也会提升,自我价值也会得以实现becoming an “in-house” expert is great for your confidence and self-worth,这一切都会提升职业的幸福感

There are pros and cons associated with changing jobs frequently as well.

Some of the more obvious benefits are that you have the potential to accelerate your learning and overall skills development as you move from firm to firm.

You can potentially gain valuable, broader experience as you work for different organizations, and those skills ideally lead to you developing into a well-rounded professional with deeper experiences — and greater marketability.

而对每一个人而言satisfying working life的定义也都有所不同,有的人看中income and benefits,薪资福利高会令其更幸福,有的人看中职业的长期发展long-term development,还有人更看重自己在公司的言语权,所以在自己的职业选择中the right answer is what’s right for you

There are many reasons why people change jobs: money, boredom, unhappiness, lack of progress, lack of appreciation, personal conflicts with superiors or colleagues, unfair treatment, and many other reasons. But how wise is it to change jobs? When should you change your job? Some of us like to change jobs because they like it. Nevertheless, some people don't like changing jobs because it's stable now.

As you may know, it's not easy to find a job, change jobs or change jobs frequently. Most succesul careers are the result of years of working in a company and are based on experience and qualifications. Promotion and promotion ladder in a company is usually easier than starting from the bottom in a new workplace, and employers are less inclined to hire those who move People often move from one company to another, so it becomes more and more difficult to find a job.

When you move to a new company, you will lose your qualification in most cases. You'd better stay in the company. Your salary or hourly wage will increase faster.

You will establish a stable employment record, and you will have better opportunities to improve. Generally, it is better to stay in place, especially if you want to If you do well in your current job, your salary is rising, and you like your job. If you're unhappy, bored, without challenges, changing jobs can be good, and you don't seem to see any improvement.

If your job performance is poor, it may be good. If your company has no hope of promotion, it may be good. If you want to get rid of your current career completely, I want to continue to do the same job, because it's better than changing jobs.

第一个理由肯定是为了挣取更高的工资,获得更好的发展机会;

其次,从心理上讲,很多年轻人愿意去尝试新工作,认为这样可以结识不同领域的朋友,增加人生体验;

Not long ago, most people would choose to stay on the same job for the entire life, but today young people prefer to try different things and hop from one job to another.

(2) stay on the same job

(3) hop from one job to another

In my view, there mainly are three reasons why young people are doing so. At the most basic level, young people find that frequent job changing can often bring them the pay rise they expect. My friend Edward is a perfect example. As a program designer, he has worked for three different companies in the past five years, and now he earns almost five times as much as he did in the first company. This would not have been possible if he had not been mobile enough. The second reason is that by doing different jobs or careers, young people can increase their work experience and eventually become more versatile. This may give them a competitive edge, especially in today’s job market where an all-round employee is always preferred. Finally, changing jobs frequently nowadays has been made possible by the booming service industry and rapidly developing information technology and transport.

Millennials tend to switch jobs considerably more frequently than their elders. There are two major causes for this, and I would argue that the demerits of repeated job hopping are more significant than the merits.

The young population seems less loyal in the workplace for two reasons. The most obvious one is that they are always eager to secure a better-paid job. When experience is built up after working in a company for a certain period, these young staff could enjoy a more enviable pay through job hopping, especially when they switch to the management in a smaller company. Some other people are motivated by a brighter prospect. Some of them feel bound by what they are doing now and a new environment may offer bigger room for promotion. These factors mainly contribute to more restless young employees.

However, the drawbacks of this outweigh the possible benefits. Admittedly, job changing may help the young find a job that best suits them. Consequently, they could give full play to their skills by doing what they are passionate about. Nevertheless, these job hoppers may lose the down-to-earth attitude to work. Without full commitments to a certain field of work, it would be hard for the young to nurture professional skills, which are valuable in the job market. Changing jobs every few years exerts more negative than positive impacts on the career.

In conclusion, young employees job-hop in an attempt to embrace a better future, but this move is not without risks. They would be sensible to think twice before they make a decision. (261)
